parking for one average-size car, please note that parking is next to another property's space in an enclosed bay so there is a possibility it can be tight, the width of the whole bay which includes the other space is 14ft wide - we would therefore ask you not to park your car in this space if it is wider than 6ft, gas central heating, utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer, short breaks available.

Stayed for one week in this apartment and found it to be excellent. The views across to St Ives Harbour and Porthminster beach were spectacular. It is quite set back and in an elevated position which gives it the fantastic views, however it wouldn't be so good if mobility is a problem as there are quite steep slopes to contend with. The walk to the beach is around 5 minutes, and the harbour around 10-15 minutes. The flat itself has recently been refurbished and is clean and fresh with a very modern feel. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property - it is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed, and we would quite happily stay there again in the future. Aspects Holidays staff were efficient, helpful and friendly and I would recommend them as a holiday company.
