Our second stay at 4 seawinds, we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for an extra two nights. Clean, comfortable and amazing views. Thanks aspects ??

Four Seawinds is a beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment. This was our 3rd stay there. Very comfortable and with stunning views. The building site opposite caused us no issues whatsoever. We couldn't hear or see anything going on at all. The apartment is up a short steep hill from the town so people with mobility issues need to be aware of that. As always, Aspects customer service is first class.

We love staying at 4 Seawinds! I think this was visit no. 6 and the view remains totally amazing. We love being able to look down over both Porthmeor Beach and the Harbour - and it was a bonus to be able to sit out on the balcony in November. The decor and furnishing is beautifully well maintained and it’s a perfect apartment for one or two couples. It’s a fairly steep climb back up but this helps to offset all the wonderful food and drinks we enjoyed over the week!

Lovely holiday in a great spot. We visit St Ives every year, sometimes twice and this is now one of our favourite properties, the views are fantastic! Bed and sofa super comfy, we will be returning! Thanks

Four seawinds is an excellent property in an elevated postion in a prime location in St Ives, probably not so good for the less mobile. It was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The only down side was the tv was very small but this really was insignificant. The views are stunning.

Another wonderful week at this outstanding apartment! Friends who joined us were amazed by the views over Porthmeor Beach and the Harbour plus the very high standard of decor and furnishing throughout the property.

Lovely apartment, with outstanding views. Ideally situated for coastal walks and all that St Ives has to offer, good restaurants, pubs , shopping and local train station. We had a lovely week and would definitely be returning, would highly recommend.

Stunning flat with simply the best views in St Ives

Well worth the climb up the hill - a very cosy place to spend a few days in St Ives with lovely balcony, which we made use of on quite a number of occasions. The views over the peninsula were quite something! Thank you

Excellently designed accommodation with brilliant views of st ives quay, beaches and coastline. Very clean and very comfy beds.

Steep climbs up from the sea level but in our case we climbed very slowly and took our time. Well worth the climb if you can manage it.

A first class company with amazing properties in lovely locations

Four Seawinds is very well located with outstanding views.It is a short walk into St.Ives but a steep walk back up the hill.The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished.

You simply can't fault this flat and is our 1st choice when we holiday in St Ives.

What a fabulous apartment! It’s our second time staying here - and it won’t be our last - as the location overlooking Porthmeor, The Island and the harbour cannot be bettered.

The Aspects team were simply fabulous. Especially the team at the Wharf office. The failure of the wi-fi was advised in advance and a temporary solution offered, together with a bottle of prosecco (and chocolate). Wi-fi is important, if advertised, but the way (I guess) the owner and Aspects' dealt with it all was exemplary customer service. They were always welcoming and friendly when we popped into the office. Four Seawinds fitted our needs wonderfully, another great holiday in St Ives!

We have stayed at this stunning apartment before in December, but you really can take full advantage of the views in the summer, as you can't beat having breakfast on the balcony every morning whilst watching St Ives come to life, so good that we have already booked to return next August!

Four Seawinds is a comfortable and luxurious flat with views of the harbour..and Porthmeor beach as well as out to sea. Totally mesmerizing! Really can't fault it. The only downside is the position with steps and hills to master..if young and fit no problem!

If the views over both Porthmeor and the Harbour weren’t enough then the apartment was furnished to the very highest standard, with lovely wooden floors throughout - and the best welcome hamper ever!

This apartment was just perfect. Very clean and comfortable, but really homely too. Lots of amusements provided for a day or evening indoors.

And the views, well just out of this world. Plus just a hop and a skip from beaches and town,albeit hilly,but this is St. Ives.

We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable property with an AMAZING view of St Ives.

Perfectly located just a five minute walk from the beach or town centre, with absolutely amazing panoramic views. Although so close to all the action it's just far enough away to be in a very peaceful, relaxing spot. Also you get a parking space right outside the front door - not too many properties can boast that! The apartment has a very modern, minimalist feel, full of original St Ives artworks on the walls and excellent facilities throughout so we wanted for nothing. A beautiful place to spend a week (or two) in this most beautiful of places.

The perfect getaway with an absolutely superb view of beautiful St Ives. Everything about this apartment is beautiful. Credit to the owners for letting us use there apartment as the perfect honeymoon base. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at sea winds - Fantastic property with views to die for!

This is the best property that we have stayed in over the years in St Ives and this is number 4 for us with Aspects this year and we have saved the best for last, outstanding views from the lounge and the master bedroom complement what is a gorgeous flat which you never want to leave, as you can just spend the days and nights gazing over St Ives from the floor to ceiling, full width windows in luxury surroundings, this is the property that we will return to each and every year from now on without fail.

A fantastic apartment that is perfectly located for all the beaches and all parts of St Ives. Amazing views, great level of equipment, spotlessly clean and very well looked after. We are going back next year and I would highly recommend the apartment. I've never had better, anywhere.

Loved our week holiday at St Ives and the apartment was amazing with everything we needed. The view was spectacular. We will definitely come back to Four Seawinds. All the arrangements were straight forward and problem free.

A big, clean, light and airy cottage in a perfect location with a view to die for. Well-equiped and the beautiful and stylish decoration gives it a persal touch, so you feel at home at once.

Four Seawinds is a great apartment with stunning views over St Ives. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and have breakfast on the balcony looking out over St Ives, also saw some amazing sunrises. A very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and provided with all the equipment you could possibly need. I'm sure we will return .

Das Appartement ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war sehr sauber und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und die Nähe zum Strand und nach St. Ives einfach toll! Wir kommen wieder!

I have visited St Ives for many years now but this was the first time I have stopped here for well over 20 years. On walking into the apartment I was simply taken back by the stunning views which only got better when you make your way to the second balcony. We stopped the first week in September and the front balcony gets the sun in the morning which is wonderful for breakfast. The second balcany gets the sun in the afternoon and into the evening and is a lovely place to watch the sun go down.

The accomodation itself is sinply first class, everything throughout from the kettle to the sofa and beds is top quality and we enjoyed relaxing in the evening while looking out over the harbour. There were no issues during our stay, the position is briiant for all parts of St Ives and with the added bonus of a parking space its still idea for exploring a little further a field.

We had a great relaxed holiday at Four Seawinds and will probably be back next year, I can not recommend this appartment enough, very good thank you.

Lovely holiday in a superb apartment. It is in an excellent position with speedy access to the beach, the harbour and Fore Street. It was clean, comfortable and the view was superb. We loved sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea and watching the world go by.

Having visited St.Ives for many many years, this property was by far the best we have ever stayed in. The welcome hamper was not only a lovely touch but very useful and a real bonus. Thankyou
