Book

Seawall Court is a delightful first floor apartment in simply one of the best locations in St Ives - just feet above the golden sands of Porthmeor beach with fabulous panoramic views of the sea and stunning sunsets. Seawall Court is also ideally located for the wealth of restaurants, pubs, art galleries and shops St Ives has to offer. Not only does it offer amazing views, it also has quality indoor fixtures and fittings, including a solid wood floor in the sitting room and well equipped kitchen.

Sitting/dining room

dining table and four chairs, two double sofa beds, TV/DVD, floor to ceiling window overlooking Porthmeor beach to The Island and Clodgy.

Kitchen

open plan, gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Bedroom

double bed, TV.

Bathroom

bath with Mira power shower over, WC, basin.

Additional information

gas central heating, shared undercover area in a private courtyard that can be used for storing kayaks and cycles (whilst crime in St Ives is inherently low, we recommend you use a sturdy lock for precious items), WiFi.

The flat offers panoramic views of Porthmeor and is in a very convenient location for local amenities. Regardless of the weather ( though we did have some sunshine and even a bit of swimming for the children!) watching the ever-changing scene through the huge window is mesmerising.

The flat has all the comforts I would expect whilst retaining a sense of the history of the building. The sound-proofing is also excellent, making for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. We will certainly return.

March 2018

Fabulous apartment, well equipped and comfortably furnished. Welcome hamper with milk, bread and all the essentials to start you off including a cream tea or coffie if you would rather. Nice touch. The view over Porthmeor beach is amazing, beautiful sunset one day, blizzard on the beach the next. To see the snow on the beach from the huge window in the comfort of your armchair complete with blanket, we didn't need the tv. Perfect location for everything St ives has to offer. Look forward to staying at No 1 Seawall again. Thank you aspects.
