You can literally hop across the road to the bakery in the morning and get a fresh loaf of bread or a tasty treat! The property is set over three floors and ideal for a family of four, however, it can accommodate up to five guests if the fifth party member uses the sofa bed in the top bedroom, where you will also find some beautiful sea views - it's a superb spot for nestling down in your dressing gown with your favourite book. This cosy and welcoming cottage is also pet-friendly and with coastal walks and numerous beaches so close, your pooch will be spoiled for choice!

Fantastic holiday again in st ives at Victory Cottage. Brilliant location with very comfortable beds. Thanks Aspects team
Mrs Allford Jul 2020
Aspects are an excellent company. There were issues regarding booking which were beyond their control but they dealt with them very professionally.
Mr Fox Nov 2019
The cottage was clean , comfortable and homely and although some of the rooms were small good use was made of the space, the beds were extremely comfortable, and although in the middle of the hustle and bustle We weren’t particularly disturbed by noise. The room on the top floor has fabulous views of the harbour and the Porthminster beach , lovely Spot for a glass of wine in the evening Watching the sunset. For us the only negative was the shower door very very small if your over a size 14 or a male with a sizeable chest !! Thank you for the lovely welcome pack, we will definitely return to this cottage
Mrs Bowen Nov 2019
The cottage is really well located and the kitchen and bathroom are lovely. The rest unfortunately is a little tired and could do with a bit of attention. We found everything we needed in there.

Thank you for your comments, and we are very sorry to hear that you had felt that there were some areas needing a bit of attention. Victory Cottage had met all required standards, with any necessary/routine maintenance being carried out as expected when we had last inspected this property; however, a lot can happen to a property in a short space of time, so thank you for bringing this to our attention, so that we can investigate your comments and pass the feedback on to the property owners. It sounds like you still had a fantastic time here and we're glad that you liked the great location. Thanks again for your feedback. Tanya, Customer Services
Fantastic location to shops and all beaches. Don’t be put off by central location, the seagulls are noisier than people. It’s suitable for 2 couples or 2 adults and 2 kids. Sofa bed not suitable to sleep on. Very well equipped, oven, microwave washer dryer. No dishwasher. No outside space to dry things but there’s an airer and space downstairs. Not suitable for people who struggle with stairs. Considering location, property is spacious.

Thank you for your comments; the location really is great, being so close to all the great things on offer in St Ives. We're glad that you liked it! We are sorry to hear that you found the sofa bed uncomfortable for sleeping on. It can be quite tricky to find one that works equally as well for seating and sleeping, and with everyone having different preferences on mattresses as well, so we are sorry to hear that it was not to your preference. For now, we will monitor comments to keep an eye on guest’s preferences over the coming months. The stairs are certainly something to consider, with the property being set over 3 floors and the stairs to bedroom 3 being quite steep, but with so much space for a cottage in such a central location, we hope that you found that it still worked well for all of your family. Thanks again. Tanya, Customer Services
Excellent location , friendly and speedy service from all at aspects. House was ideal for our holiday and it allowed us to make the most of very moment, nearly claimed squatters rights as didn’t want to leave
Mr Sharpe Jun 2019

Lovely decorated cottage just off Fore Street. The location was fantastic. I was worried about noise from Fore Street but we hardly heard anything. The views from the upstairs room was lovely. Well presented cottage and the dog loved it too.
