We had a very enjoyable stay at Drop Anchor it’s decorated to a high standard with everything you need for a self catering holiday and wouldn’t hesitate going back in the near future.

Once again our stay at this beautiful cottage has been perfectly wonderful. Thank you for letting us make some amazing family memories. Our Golden Retriever absolutely loves his October Holiday in St Ives Everything was perfect from the location to the quality of the Cottage. Thank You Drop Anchor, we did not want to leave you.

Perfect house and location. Everything you need for a happy holiday.

A fabulous, spacious property that is so convenient for two local beaches and the harbour nightlife. It is very well equipped with everything you will need for your holiday in St Ives. We were more than happy with our time at Drop Anchor.

What a fabulous location! Drop Anchor, is in the heart of St Ives, so close to two of the best beaches and less than a 2 minute walk into town. Drop Anchor itself is a beautiful property and really met our expectations!! Some lovely touches in the property as well. We have used Aspect for our holidays on a number of occasions now and the service is always excellent.

Wonderful accommodation that is convenient, well decorated, well furnished and spotlessly clean.

We booked Drop Anchor primarily for its position in town which allowed us to get everywhere by foot. However we were delighted by the property itself which had excellent high quality fixtures and fittings and was astonishing clean throughout. We would highly recommend this property and cannot wait to book again ourselves!.

We had such a wonderful mini break in this beautiful cottage, it is perfectly situated for beaches/town and the Island. From the gorgeous decor to the warm and cosy atmosphere, the owners have literally thought of everything to make for that perfect get a way. Also, we have to say a huge Thank You for letting our dog stay at Drop Anchor, we really appreciated this. This is the 7th year running we have stayed in St Ives, but this cottage was by far the best. We will be back. Everything was just amazing.

Perfectly located, well looked after, kitted out and sparkly clean cottage. A home from home but in a super setting. Everything included to ensure a super holiday.

We had a wonderful early autumn holiday at Drop Anchor, within seconds of two lovely beaches! The house was comfy and welcoming and great to come back to at the end of a busy day exploring!

Drop Anchor is a beautiful cottage which is very well laid out and presented, wonderful for families, in a great location to Porthmeor and Porthgwidden Beaches. We love the cottage and will definitely be back!! The Hughes Family (Sheffield)

Lovely cottage and for a family holiday you just cant beat this place.

Cosy without being cramped, very comfortable and well decorated, plus a well equipped kitchen. It's a lovely, welcoming cottage and you will happy to pass the afternoon there on a cold and rainy winter's afternoon ??

We loved our week in Drop Anchor. It was a real home-from-home and a delightful place to come home to throughout and at the end of the day. The access to both beaches was ideal for a family with children who want to bodyboard and play in the sand; and it was so easy to nip back and change wet clothes or grab whatever you might have forgotten!! We'll certainly be back to St Ives and I doubt we'd find accommodation less perfect!

This is a wonderful cottage in the perfect location for enjoying everything St Ives has to offer.

Stunning! The best cottage I've ever stayed in by far!!!
