It was so central, yet on a nice and quiet road. The flat was bigger than we were expecting and warm and comfortable. Thank you too so much for letting us bring our two elderly house rabbits who need looking after, it made such a difference knowing we could continue their routine and medicines whilst on holiday. We liked the covered porch for getting out of wet gear, and the well-equipped kitchen with fab freezer space. We would be very happy to book this again next year.

October 2019

We enjoyed our stay at bosena. The house is well decorated and has all the essentials you will need, plus wifi. We found it well located for accessing different beaches, shops and eateries but with the benefit of being on a backstreet away from traffic passing through the town.

Lovely cottage in a fabulous location. Very quaint, on a little cobbled street. Well equipped kitchen. Few negatives Oven heats up too quickly. Bedding wrong size on double bed...too small. Cleanliness was a bit of a issue. Nearest car park up a very steep hill. Pack lightly. Ok walking down to cottage. Hard going walking back. On the whole, the location makes up for everything, couple of minutes to Fore Street. Would stay again.

We are so sorry that there were a few areas that were not up to the high standards that you would expect. All of your feedback has been passed on to the owner and the housekeeper and the bedding has been confirmed as being standard double. We are sorry if this seemed too small. Unfortunately parking is in very high demand in St Ives and due to the traditional nature of this old fishing town, the roads and its cottages were not built with cars in mind, so many properties do not have parking, and most car parks are at the top of town. It is definitely something to consider if you are arriving by car, to a property that does not advertise parking. If this is an important consideration, please do not hesitate to contact one of the team so that we can recommend alternative properties or where the nearest car parks are. We are glad that you otherwise enjoyed this property and the great location within St Ives. Tanya, Customer Services

Great little cottage a stones throw from the harbour front in St Ives. Plenty of character with the wooden floors and rustic furnishings. A bit of legwork needed to load and unload but well worth it. Spot On. Once again Many Thanks.

Sep 2018

This property is in a great position in St Ives town, right in the centre but tucked conveniently out of the way and exactly what you’d expect for a two bed in this area. Amenities were good, although we couldn’t get the washing machine to work. The only thing that let it down for us was the poor level of cleaning prior to our arrival.

We are very sorry to hear that you had felt the standards of cleanliness were not up to the usual high levels that you would expect. We would like to reassure you that this is not the norm, and we are sorry that we were not aware of your concerns while you were here, so that we could have assisted as much as possible to help rectify anything for you. Your feedback has since been passed on to the housekeeper, and the washing machine checked, so thank you for making us aware. Tanya, Customer Services

Lovely little cottage, fantastic location. Nice decor and the views from the upstairs windows were better than we were expecting. Stayed here with our children aged 5 and 3, and it suited us very well.
