For nature lovers, the Steeple Woods Nature Reserve is home to an abundance of wildlife and plants. Relax and explore the forty acre space which overlooks St Ives.

For the more adventurous soul, the St Michael’s Way is a 12.5 mile trek starting at nearby Lelant, and finishing up at the stunning St Michael’s Mount in Marazion. If the walk back doesn’t seem too appealing, you can always ride the open-top bus all the way back!

The town is a thriving mixture of restaurants, galleries, quirky little shops, as well as brands we all recognise, and of course home to four stunning beaches. Spend a day exploring before retiring to Carbis Bay and relaxing in the comfort of your own home from home.

Named as ‘the jewel in Cornwall’s crown’, St Michael’s Mount is a must-see on any visit to Cornwall. Take a short drive to the opposite coast and visit this famous landmark. Adventure across the cobbled causeway by foot at low tide, or climb aboard the ‘St Michael’ amphibious vehicle at high tide. Why not take a look at our live webcam of St Michael's Mount?

I’ve stayed in dozens of properties in Carbis Bay and Shoreline was by far the most impressive and Aspects the most helpful, personable, thorough and thoughtful company to book with.

The view is incredible I didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful property, loved the bathroom (very luxurious). The view out of the big window is worth every penny. Already booked for next year.

Would highly recommend Aspects Holidays, they are very helpful and friendly.

Amazing standard of accommodation and location. The pictures do not do it justice. Excellent quality of fittings and superb styling. Already looking to book again. Love the historic postcards of the area before development.

AMAZING!! First time walking along the corridor to see the view of Carbis Bay and St Ives through the large floor to ceiling window took our breath away. Spotlessly clean, modern comfortable furnishings, endless extras, lovely welcome pack (much needed after a long journey) parking a definite bonus. Train station a moments walk away and extremely cheap to get into St Ives, Carbis Bay beach 5 minute walk away. Have recommended it to a number of friends and already shown our interest for 2023 we can’t wait to get back to that view!!

WOW was my words as I entered the corridor and saw the view , pictures can not pick up the feeling and wow factor and believe me I’ve tried miring noon and night as the sky changes over Carbis Bay and St Ives, the lighthouse and dolphins ( we were lucky to watch 8 together ) the holiday let is everything and more , location is perfect , aspects staff fantastic . Just don’t book before we do !

Our week passed much too quickly. Lovely apartment with amazing views. More than lived up to expectations.

Can't explain how much i loved staying at Gwel Marten - Well equipped and very large rooms, kitchen and living area. The view from the flat is stunning and just across the way from Carbis Bay Station and up the hill from Carbis Bay Estate. The car parking space is definitely a bonus with parking being so difficult in St Ives. It's a leisurely (but hilly) 20 min walk to St Ives.

Amazing time at Shoreline! They have everything you could ever need…and more! (kitchen utensils, games, hairdryer, iron, laundry tablets and a tumble dryer, scones on arrival, coffee pods… a toastie maker, a waffle maker…. the list could go on forever!) I loved how it was quick and easy to get to St Ives by train which costs just £1, so you could enjoy the hustle and bustle of St Ives and also enjoy the more quiet Carbis Bay beaches. The views from the window are incredible! And quite simply I did not want to leave! One thing I will say is if you are visiting and plan to eat out make sure you prebook at least a month in advance! Restaurants were booked for weeks! However we made good use of the kitchen and enjoyed just as nice meals! Shoreline will not disappoint!

The owners have truly thought of everything a family needs for a holiday. We were completely blown away by all the added extras provided. We had a fabulous holiday. The train station and beach are both a stone's throw away. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the shoreline and will certainly return in the future.

this is a fantastic property and an ideal location for a quite holiday with excellent access to St Ives, 3 minute train ride. You couldn't get a better view of Carbis bay.

The perfect apartment with a view of Paradise. Spacious. Clean. Warm and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more. The bathroom was perfect for a relaxing soak after walking the coastal paths. Aspects as usual provided excellent customer service Thankyou.

WOW!! Shoreline was far beyond our expectations and more as a new kitchen has now been installed which makes the apartment even more spacious. The cleanliness was exceptional and the apartment was so comfortable and cosy. We were lucky with the weather with hardly any clouds in the sky which for April was also an added bonus. As for the view, I don’t think you could get a better one, it was fabulous.

Excellent stay at Shoreline, very comfortable. Fantastic views from lounge over Carbis Bay. Enjoyed watching the seals, surfers and dragon boat. Lovely walks along to coastal footpath from the apartment. We will be back.

Excellent place to stay in Carbis Bay with great views across to St. Ives. Very comfortable.

Shoreline is a beautifully well thought out flat, recently and tastefully decorated and furnished with modern well made furniture and plenty of storage. The beds are very comfortable with fine white cotton bedding which I loved. The zip linked beds in bedroom 2 was very useful for us. When we weren't visiting St Ives, by train ( station close by) or other places, we would just sit outside and soak in the most beautiful views of Carbis bay, St Ives beyond, and the other was Godrevy lighthouse. It is my AVALON, right on the coastal path. PERFECT.

We are just home from a fantastic 2 weeks in sunny Cornwall at Shoreline. Fantastic flat, beautiful location and much bigger than you would think from the pictures. The flat was very well stocked with lots of handy things for the holiday, a real home from home. Once the bathroom is done up the flat will be spectacular, the shower was the only thing that was less than perfect. Highly recommend this flat, our family of 4 had a magic time and we had amazing weather too which was an added bonus.

Fantastic property, fantastic location. Highly recommend Aspects Holidays, they are very professional and their customer service is brilliant. Thank you Aspects! Will book through Aspects again.

Stunning place and beautifully equipped... outstanding views and location... shame about the lack of power in the shower... would be the only thing to manage and improve upon... We have serious holiday blues!!!

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your helpful comments. We are pleased to report that the owners are having a new bathroom fitted in November, including a more powerful shower. We hope this doesn't make it even more difficult to tear yourself away from here ;-) Tanya, Customer Services

The best view in Cornwall!! Great location - 5 minutes walk to the beach, or 3 minutes to the station. The trains to St Ives run each hour and were always exactly on time. The apartment was very well appointed, clean and comfortable, a real home-from-home. Everything we needed was there. A very relaxing stay.

This is a fantastic property, with a wonderful view, and great location for St Ives (via very close by station) as well as the rest of Cornwall. Very comfortable and extremely well equipped. We honestly can’t think of a better location and can’t imagine what would have made the apartment itself any better.

We loved the view and being so close to the beach and the coastal path. Carbis Bay is such a lovely, beautiful and clean beach. And - by far not so busy like St Ives. We‘d love to be back.

We have just had the most wonderful week at Shoreline. . . .when we walked in the view was just AMAZING! Aspects have literally though of everything for a family holiday here, there are even buckets and spades for the kids.Everything you need is there from the iron to the hairdryer ,there's even a torch and binoculars.Spotlessly clean and lovely furniture you really can not go wrong staying here so thank you Aspects for a wonderful magical holiday. . .we will be back .

Excellent professional customer care from start to finish. Highly recommend the company, staff make it. We will return. Thank you!

This is our 4th stay in this apartment......we love it here. Always clean, and comfortably homely. Breath taking views. Central to anywhere you might want to go. Just perfect.

Fantastic views and great location.

Magnificent views across Carbis Bay towards St Ives

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The view is amazing! Great to have outside space to enjoy the view. A good base to explore the area either by car or by train, which you can catch from the station across the road.
