Really well equipped and larger than the photos show. Great location with Carbis Bay and St Ives in walking distance.

Excellent location, just 500m from Carbis Bay beach, as along as you don't mind hill climbing. Kittiwake is a spacious bungalow in a quiet residential area. 30 minutes walk into St Ives and less than 10 minutes to the beach.

Excellent well equipped property in a quiet street. Close to a couple of supermarkets. Pubs/ restaurants within walking distance. The path to the beach is very steep. Worth booking restaurants before arrival at busy times. Regular bus into/from St Ives if you dont fancy the 20 min walk. All round it's a good base for seeing the area.

We had a lovely stay. The bungalow is very comfortable and well equipped and was spotlessly clean. Great location for visiting lots of places in West Cornwall. Catch the train into St Ives-it’s much easier than trying to park!

We had an excellent two weeks at Kittiwake, and we'd certainly return for another visit. The accommodation was excellent: comfortable, fantastically well-equipped (the owners seemed to have thought of everything), and in a convenient and quiet location. Close to the bus routes, and to St Ives, and local amenities. A great base for a holiday.

We (myself, my Wife and 2 children) have just spent two great weeks at Kittiwake and had a fabulous time. The property was excellent and we honestly cannot fault it at all. The owners seem to have thought of everything and we were short of nothing. There were a lot of little touches that make the difference. The location was also great with so many places within easy reach. I would not hesitate in recommending this property and we are already considering trying to book it again.

We had a great stay at Kittiwake, the property is nicely decorated throughout and is in a great location with everything you need close by!

We had a fantastic stay at Kittiwake, clean and comfortable with everything a family needs for a home from home.

This cottage is absolutely lovely and has a real home from home feel about it! Everything has been thought of, highchairs, travel cot, hairdryer, even a selection of DVDs for all the family! Close enough to the town to catch the bus but also a very quiet area so ideal when wanting to relax! It is well looked after and we will definitely like to return!

The property was very well laid out and very clean and had everything you need for a holiday. Also it is in a perfect location for st .ives town and beach plus for further a field.

A very comfortable and well appointed bungalow, but a steep uphill trek from the beach.

Kittiwake was very comfortable with everything we needed. Quiet location with friendly neighbours. Shops and supermarket close at hand and some great restaurants for those who like to eat out.

Lovely property. Excellently clean. Really big , everything you need. Just better for younger people who don't mind the walk to the beach and pubs.

We had a great stay. It was ideal for our kids as we visited most of the local beaches. They're almost all good for water sports of one type or another; Carbis Bay is particularly good for Topper Sailing and S.U.P boarding. Whereas Porthmeor - in St. Ives - was easily the best surf and body board beach. The house is close enough to St. Ives to avoid having to drive and park - which is very problematic - and you can either get the bus, the train or walk - which takes about half an hour or so. The local facilities are very good if you want to eat out or have a drink. Tescos is also within five minute walk too.

A nicely furnished comfortable cottage, very convenient for buses and supermarkets. The cottage had clearly been refurbished and was very well equipped. The selection of dvds was a pleasant surprise
