September 2024

We had a lovely week at 4 Parc Lowen, apart from the fact that the weather was very cold for the first half of the week. The bungalow is situated in a nice quiet close, very convenient for local shopping and also quite near the bus stop should you decide to get a bus into St.Ives to avoid taking the car. We will most likely hire the bungalow again sometime in the future.

A lovely well decorated and clean property. Best holiday accommodation we have stayed in yet. A great base to explore that part of Cornwall.

The property is great and is situated in a lovely location that is close for walking to Carbis Bay beach, and also access to the coastal path for walking into St Ives. We had a great stay at 4 Park Lowen.

Our second stay at Park Lowen. A lovely, comfortable bungalow in a brilliant location. Aspects are always a pleasure to book through . Thank you. x

This property is very dated and has an unpleasant smell. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and you will be glad to get home to get a good nights sleep.

The good thing was that the weather was great so we left the property each day by 07:30 and did not return until 17:30.

The only real plus for this property was its location and how quite it was.

We are so sorry to hear that there were parts of this property that you had been disappointed with. We aim to offer a wide range of properties that we hope will meet the different budgets, differing requirements and individual tastes. Whilst this property is not marketed as one of our higher end properties, the owners have always kept it well maintained and we try to ensure that the photos and descriptions are accurate, so we do hope that this was what you had expected. Your comments are automatically sent on to the property owners, so that they can consider any suggestions for future improvements though, and we will continue to monitor feedback on the smell that you mentioned and the comfort of mattress. It can be very difficult to find a mattress that will suit everyone, and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference. Thank you for the helpful comments and we hope to see you back in Cornwall soon. Tanya, Customer Services

This property is conveniently situated for Carbis Bay beach and also in walking distance to St Ives.

Beautiful bungalow in a superb location. Extremely well equipped and very comfortable for 4 adults. An added bonus was parking for 2 vehicles. Easy to book through Aspect Holidays and excellent communication throughout. Thank you.

If you're not disabled it would be a great place to stop it is just for the bathroom shower over the bath not good for disabled people

A lovely spacious bungalow with a pretty garden. Sun room was a bonus. Very handy for Tesco and buses. Excellent provision for parking in driveway. Quiet road. Carbis Bay rather more relaxed than busy St Ives.

A quiet and comfortable holiday bungalow with ample parking and close to all amenities. Everything needed for an enjoyable stay is provided and there are well-kept gardens to front and rear. Recommended.

Perfect little holiday home, excellent parking and easy to get to St Ives without having to drive and park there.

Very pleased. , good area, easy access, very comfortable, would come again

A very comfortable bungalow. Slightly old fashioned but clean and tidy and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and we had a great week in the property. Thank you Aspects Holidays Gill

Park Lowen is in a great location a short walk to supermarket and an easy walk or short bus ride into St Ives. The property itself is ideal for a relaxing break in a quite area with a lovely sunny conservatory and private garden

Exactly as described and as The photos. Great location for walking to the beach and St Ives. Parking which is great. Lovely residential area, saw neighbour next door and she acknowledged us. Recommend La Casita, Spanish restaurant.

Lovely property but beware the wi-fi is poor only suitable for emails and general internet usage.

That said would go again.

Thank you for your comments. The owner has since spoken to her internet provider and although the line speed is slow, it is all in working order. We have now added a note to the website so that anyone booking this property will know what to expect. We are glad to hear that you still enjoyed your time here and would return; we hope to see you back soon. Tanya, Customer Services

We had a lovely week at 4 park Lowen. Wished it was dog friendly so we could bring our Old Boy as he would love it. Lovely cosy place. Perfect Little conservatory. Nice friendly neighbourhood. Lively at times but mostly peaceful. Yes some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit dated but it adds to the charm of the place. The location is perfect for getting out and about. Great bus service on the main road. Tesco and costcutter shops within walking distance. Spanish restaurant did a lovely takeaway and Becks fish and chips is a must. We walked to St Ives and also the other way to Lelant. loved Porth Kidney beach in Lelant and the Badger inn.

A lovely bungalow with all you need for a great holiday. Nice position for exploring near and far.

A nice comfortable property clean and we would recommend it to friends & family. we would stay at this property again though would be delighted if it was updated and modernised.

We had a nice week at 4 Park Lowen with fantastic weather. We stayed there with our two sons. Unfortunately they are not really used to sleeping in one bed together so they both fell off the bed one night. The bed in the kid's room was quite narrow und high too. The kids loved the garden very much. The kitchen is quite spacious and well equipped only a dishwasher would be fine. There was also a washing machine but no dryer.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

It was great to hear how much you enjoyed your week at 4 Park Lowen, though sorry to hear that your sons didn't get on with sharing the double bed. With both beds being standard doubles here, as opposed to king or queen size, we completely appreciate that these may seem a little small if you are used to something larger, or indeed a bed to yourself usually. Thank you also for your suggestion about adding a dishwasher and tumble drier; your comments have been forwarded on to the owners, for their consideration. If you are ever returning to the area, and you would prefer somewhere with these facilities and sleeping arrangements that will better suit all of your party, please do not hesitate to get in contact, so that our experienced and knowledgeable team can help to advise on more suitable alternatives. Hopefully we will see you back here in Cornwall again soon. Tanya, Customer Services

A good-sized bungalow with great parking in a quiet location. We found it a bit old-fashioned inside, it was pretty clean but lacked a wow factor. A good base for days out.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your comments; we are glad that you enjoyed the lovely peaceful location, but sorry to hear that the style of decor was not to your preference. We offer a wide range of properties that we hope will meet the different budgets and the differing tastes, needs and requirements of individuals; though you should always expect these to be well maintained and meet a certain standard. We would always aim to be as honest and transparent as possible with our descriptions and photos, and try to show the style of property, furnishings and decor clearly in our pictures and hope that we have done that in this instance. Thanks again for your feedback and we hope that we will see you back here again soon. Tanya, Customer Services
