The herringbone heated floor not only provides warmth but also exudes a sense of luxury, coupled with original exposed stone walls and an array of captivating artwork, the modern kitchen is fully equipped to cater to all your culinary needs. An eight-seater dining table invites you to enjoy sumptuous home-cooked meals or lively evenings filled with card games and conversation. The utility room offers practical amenities, including a a washing machine, a temperature-controlled doggy shower, and a coffee station for your morning brew. Ascending a few steps, you'll discover the first of two luxurious living spaces. This room features a plush U-shaped sofa and a Smart TV, perfect for cozy nights in. Adjacent to this space is the first bedroom, which boasts a king-size bed and an en suite shower room, creating a private haven of comfort. On the first floor, you'll find a designated workspace and a snug, complete with picture postcard windows and a large sofa in the 2nd sitting area that opens out to the terrace. Here, you can unwind on outdoor furniture, enjoy a BBQ, and relax under ambient lighting. This floor also includes two additional bedrooms; one with zip-and-link twin beds that can be converted into a super king, and another with a king-sized bed. The nearby family bathroom features a free-standing bath and separate shower, perfect for a rejuvenating soak or post beach freshen up. The second floor reveals the characterful master bedroom, adorned with a super-king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a luxurious free-standing bath and shower.

We didn’t need to make use of the parking supplied at the Rosemundy Hotel as we managed to street park close by all of the time ( although the time of year will have helped ) . The Tap House is great for food & just a few minutes walk away .

Holidays in St Agnes

Home to four stunning beaches, St Agnes is a vibrant surf spot, with a world famous bellyboarding competition taking place here each year.  Visit in early August and you'll be able to experience the colourful procession at St Agnes Carnival.

St Agnes provides the perfect base to explore the North Cornwall coastline. With stunning scenery on the doorstep, and a plethora of activities available all year round, there's something to do for everyone. Take a stroll along the streets which are full of quaint shops and cafes or for those looking to be a bit more adventurous, why not try your hand at surfing with one of the local surf schools. 

The beaches of Trevaunance Cove, Trevellas Porth, Chapel Porth, and Porthtowan are all closeby, which are all worthy of a visit and each offering something different.

Surfing in St Agnes

Located on the North coast of Cornwall, St Agnes is a popular surf spot among both locals and visitors. It is more suited to advanced surfers, however if you fancy a go, there are two excellent surf schools nearby to show you the ropes. The nearby beaches at Porthtowan, Perranporth and Portreath are all good for surfing too, so you'll have plenty to choose from when deciding where to go. Events in St Agnes

A 'must see' event among both locals and visitors is the St Agnes Bolster Festival, which tells the story of the bolster giant which was known to terrorise the locals. This takes place on the May bank holiday weekend each year. 

St Agnes Carnival takes place each year during the first week of August. Locals gather along with tourists who have travelled especially for this special occasion.
