Excellent property in a lovely location with a 3 minute walk to the the beach enabling us to take an early morning walk/swim. The outside shower and board store was good and a necessity for us. The beach views from the balcony made it a very pleasant place to sit. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Great apartment with superb view .The short walk to the beach meant we could pop back easily and having a parking space was a boon in May so would be invaluable at the height of the season.

This was our second stay at Beach Escape, we loved our week away. Being a stones throw away from Porth Beach is brilliant when you have 2 young children and being so close to many ofNorth Cornwalls amazing beaches and towns makes for a perfect week away.

Lovely apartment. Clean and warm. Good view and lovely quiet spot. Took a 98 year old Mother who mostly just wanted to sit and watch the tide come and go so perfect for that. Maybe would have been nice to have had one higher chair for her but she managed on one of the outside patio chairs with a cushion in it. Would recommend this apartment

Stayed at Beach Escape for one week 11th June 2022 , our stay was helped by very good weather, the sun being at the back A.M. and front in evening. The balcony has lovely views and great outlook , the apartment is very well presented, designed and equipped and everything worked as it should.There was only me and my wife so we had plenty of space, we had a very enjoyable time and hope to return next year.

I stayed at Beach Escapes with my wife and another couple. The configuration of bedrooms/bathrooms worked perfectly. Location was absolutely brilliant and, unlike other places we’ve stayed in Cornwall, the property was easy to find. I am seriously considering returning for my wife’s birthday in October.

A wonderful location. Easy parking, being right on the beach and coastal path. Clean, light and modern. Very comfy beds so a perfect nights sleep. Very well equipped kitchen. Home from home. Great WiFi and Netflix on TV. Short walk to the local pub and room opposite. A perfect spot for a family break.

Excellent property within a stones throw of the beach. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Balcony over the beach is a real bonus. Handy storage cupboard downstairs for wet suits and body boards. Close to the coastal paths.

What a fantastic location and property, we all had a great time staying here, you won’t be disappointed, a 20 mins walk in to Newquay and the beaches around are amazing. Missing the morning view of the beach, we will definitely return.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Fresh, new and modern, a real pleasure to stay in Beach Escape. Plenty of room for 4 people, would consider staying there again.

Probably the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in! Plenty of crockery and cutlery plus everything else you could possibly need. Fabulous position overlooking the beach. Area was lovely and quiet too. An easy stroll into Newquay on the coastal path. Lovely food at Gwennas, opposite. We will be definitely be back.

If you like beaches and watching the sea,and walking,beach escape is in the perfect place for a holiday. It's very handy for the biz of Newquay,but the beach at Porth is quiet and family friendly.The apartment was a home from home with a lovely roomy balcony to enjoy the sea view.We would definitely return there.

Fantastic location! So close the the beach. Loved the balcony and being able to sit looking out over the beach. Great apartment. Helpful having 2 bathrooms with 4 people. Comfortable bedrooms. The only negative was the heat in the bedrooms. As the bedrooms are on the back of the property they are at ground floor level and have patio doors which open onto the communal area. Which is lovely and very useful, except for in the night. The problem was the bedrooms were so warm during the night but we couldn't sleep with the patio doors open and there were no windows. Air conditioning really needed in the bedrooms as we weren't even there on a particularly hot week.

Beach Escapes is in an ideal location with views of Porth Beach and is very good value for an out of the holiday season stay. I am sure we will be back!

The flat is in a great location, right on Porth Beach, so there were good views from the lounge. The flat was clean, warm and comfortable so we enjoyed our late break. There is an excellent Tea house almost opposite which serves really nice fresh homemade food, it's well worth a visit.
