This was our second visit to Pearl Penthouse and was a much needed holiday as a family of six in 2020. The location and views are amazing and provided a wonderful retreat from the busy town and beaches. The property is spacious, luxurious and very well equipped .... the hot tub adds to the whole experience. You are in walking distance of beaches, restaurants and the town. Aspects communicated to us well during the changes due to Covid and the property was clean with appropriate measures to make us feel safe in place. I would highly recommend this property.

St Piran's Day, celebrated on March 5th, is the national day of Cornwall, named after one of Cornwall's patron saints. A truly magical stay, with mesmerising views. I couldn’t get over waking up & having my coffee in bed watching the rolling waves on Fistral beach. Best birthday present ever!! My husband and I took our 7year old, 16year old and 18year old children as well as my parents (7 total). Very spacious, we did not feel like we were under each other’s feet in any way and everyone felt like they could get time to themselves if they needed. We cooked every day of our stay and found the kitchen to be a home from home, everything you might need. We did bring one extra large pan with us as we do cook large chillis, spaghetti dishes. The hob is very efficient, dishwasher and ample space in the fridge.
We found the beds and pillows to be comfy and slept well.
The hot tub was very clean and a lovely addition but unfortunately we didn’t use it as much as we would of liked only due to the week we were there was the storm, 70mph winds so we were either in watching the dramatic crashing waves or out on the beach.

I can’t say just how wonderful the location is, every morning popping my wetsuit on and running down to The beach for a dip in the waves made it. 3 of us had a surf lesson with the surf school right on the beach and had great fun.

Coastal walks right outside your door too, I would definitely like to stay here again next year. Really appreciated the little extra touches of complimentary Cornish nibbles. Thank you :) Having stayed here a week of completely mixed weather I would certainly recommend staying here, when it’s wet and windy you have the all round views and when it’s nice you can skip off to the beach in a few minutes.

Amazing apartment . Beautifully clean and had everything we needed and more. 2 minute walk to beach. Lots of thoughtful extras. Wonderful views. Would highly recommend. Very good value for money.

We had a really good holiday at the Pearl Penthouse. The view from the back of the property is as good as the view from the front. The Fistral Beach area is great. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The staff at Aspect Holidays were excellent when needed. When one staff member told me that another member would phone me back, they did within 10 minutes and couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely use them again.

An excellent apartment fulfilled all our holiday needs and more

Beautiful property with outstanding views from most rooms. Well positioned and spacious. Equipped to a good standard. The only criticism we had is the beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your comments; those views really are spectacular from there, so we are very glad to hear that you enjoyed them. We are sorry that you found the beds and pillows uncomfortable; it can be very difficult to find mattresses and pillows that will suit everyone, and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference. For now, we will monitor comments over the coming months. Thanks again. Tanya, Customer Services

Absolutely amazing property, great location with stunning views, great facilities, the apartment was stunning, very spacious, the hot tub is a great feature.

Great way to spend the new year

Fabulous place for a great “ get-together” .

Excellent location and superb views - great for large families & friends.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Pearl Penthouse and it was wonderful. The location and views are amazing ... we walked everywhere and despite the weather enjoyed time on the balconies looking out to sea. The Penthouse was well equipped, had everything we needed and was luxurious enough that it felt special but practical enough that it coped with a large family and ever changing weather. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Beautiful property with amazing views. Lots of room for the family, great location with an easy walk to the beaches and town centre of Newquay. Will definitely book again. This is the 2nd property we have booked through Aspect Holidays and find them professional and easy to contact to remedy any queries or problems 5*

Fantastic place to stay! Great views and location!

Excellent property and location. Couldn't fault it.

The property location, size and views were amazing. It was absolutely amazing to have views of both Fistral and Watergate bay, with balcony’s alike. In this respect the best accommodation we have stayed in within Newquay (we have been coming to Newquay for years). It was a perfect size for 5 adults and 4 young children without getting in each other’s way. We stayed for my wife’s birthday and the personal touch from the Aspects team was lovely and very much appreciated. Thank you!! Communication with Aspects was also very good if we had any questions throughout our stay. Whilst there were some minor areas that were tired within the apartment and required attention, overall we had an amazing stay, would stay again and definitely recommend Aspects to our friends and family.

The photographs did not do it justice , to wake up and see the views was amazing . Such a good location something for all age ranges. The beach and sea was amazing . Went for a massage to the nearby hotel as recommended and this was fantastic and worth the money . A good time had by all !

The 'Pearl Penthouse' is a lovely apartment for a large family or group of friends. It's kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and pans and crockery you need to enjoy the benefits of self catering. The living area and bedrooms have plenty of furniture/storage although some is ready to be retired .(06/19)The views from the penthouse are amazing and the short walk to the beach is an added bonus. I would stay there again. Also, I would book through Aspect again as they are friendly, helpful and one step ahead of things. Booking was easy and straight forward and everything you need to know is not left to guess work.

The Penthouse is great for a family get together/occasion. The location and views are excellent. The hot tub is an added bonus. No one in the family wanted to leave. Hope to book again in the future.

An outstanding apartment with amazing views and located within yards of Fistral. We would all love to return.

This is a fabulous property. So fabulous I don't want to tell you about it so that we can always book it when we want it! This is our first choice of rental property in Cornwall each year now.

Fabulous apartment for a family get together weekend, then a quiet few days for two. The location and views were amazing from every room. The hot tub was a bonus especially when the night was clear with a spectacular view of the stars. We will be back!

Excellent accommodation for ten adults, superb views and location. Plenty of space with excellent facilities, cant wait to go back next year.

Spacious apartment, stunning views, excellent location and a wonderful bonus of the hot tub. Balcony area was lovely.

Wonderful holiday - superb location, stunning views, ample space (there were 10 adults). A lovely bright, comfortable apartment with everything you need to enjoy a fantastic stay. Has to be the best location in Newquay.

Superb, very comfortable, great views all round.

Incredible apartment! Visited for my partners 30th birthday and we had a fantastic weekend!

This is a fantastic apartment in a fantastic location.

A wonderful apartment with magnificent views from every room and a fabulous location. Cannot recommend this apartment enough.
