We love Headland Road and have stayed at many properties on this stretch. We loved the location of 9 Headland Road, it is so convenient for the beach and facilities. The size of the property is great, it is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, the wifi worked and the view was fantastic.

Excellent location and no need for a car as everything within easy walking distance. Improvements to property in terms of new kettle tv toaster etc since our stay a year ago. We would revisit

Fantastic location for beach & town. Parking an issue if you have more than 1 car

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are glad that you enjoyed the fantastic location of this property. Unless we state otherwise, there is generally only one average sized parking space per property, where parking is advertised, and although there is a pay and display car park next to these apartments, providing a convenient solution for those with more than 1 car; it can fill up very quickly at certain times of the year, especially (as you experienced) during boardmasters festival. We hope that you managed to find a good alternative during your stay and that this didn't cause too much of a problem for you all. Thanks for your feedback and we hope to see you back here soon. Tanya, Customer Services

Lovely apartment, everything we needed for a fantastic week away- thank you!

Beautiful apartment in the best location, 5 min walk to fistral beach. The view from the balcony over the sea is great and the sunsets stunning. The apartment itself is decorated to a great standard and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Location excellent, apartment excellent, view excellent, perfect for walking to the beach, coastal walks or walking into town! Just watch the parking warnings if there are more than one car.

This is our third visit and we are pleased to return. The location near the Headland and Fistral Beach is fine for us. The views and walks are good with the town, shops and facilities only a short walk away. Plenty of room in this spacious and clean apartment.

Mr Trueman - April 2019

We enjoyed a superb week over the New Year and enjoyed this spacious apartment in a great location overlooking the sea. Nice and close to Fistral beach but also handy for the town. Very clean on arrival and very nicely kitted out.

This apartment is perfect, it feels just like a home from home. The views are amazing and exceeded the expectations we had.

Aspects were quick to send housekeeper out to clean dirty pots

We were very sorry that dirty dishes had been left in the dishwasher, and missed by the housekeeper, and glad that the housekeeper quickly returned to rectify that for you. We hope that you had a great time here once you were fully settled in, and we hope to see you back soon. Tanya, Customer services

Great location with easy access to Fistral Beach.

What a wonderful property! This is our second stay there and we will definitely be back. Perfect for families who want to explore North Cornwall’s stunning coastline.

View , location, layout good , excellent customer service

We are happy to say that this clean and comfortable accommodation is in a good location and very close to Fistral Beach. Newquay with all its facilities are close and within easy walking distance without the need for a car.

This is an impressive apartment in a stunning location and is the best place we have ever stayed in! The welcome box is generous and a nice touch. The views from the balcony are fabulous!

The headland and the beach are just a few minute's walk away and the location is perfect for walking, sunbathing and paddling, or more adventurous Newquay pursuits!

Overall 10/10 and we hope to return soon.

Great location, ideal for access to Fistral beach and town. Fabulous views. Our 3 teenagers loved being able to walk down to beach within 5 minutes. Would book again.

We found this to be a comfortable, well equipped and maintained modern property. It is ideally situated for Fistral Beach and the Headland for walks and relaxation. Most local points of interest and the town are within easy reach without the need for a car. We would like to return in the future.
