We are delighted to announce the opening of our new office in the beautiful harbour town of Porthleven. After acquiring just over 20 properties last year from Porthleven Harbour Cottages after the owner retired, we decided that it would be ideal to have an office in the town to support our owners and guests in the area.

Having acquired the old Sea Drift restaurant on Fore Street, our Commercial Director Mandy Spencer has transformed the space into a comfortable and stylish office in the heart of the town. The flat above the office will be offered out as a long-term let as soon as work is completed.

Our local Property Manager Rosina Perry and Property Administrator Gabbie Gregory will be based here to offer support to new and existing owners in Porthleven, Mullion and surrounding areas.

The office will be open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. If you're in the Porthleven area and would like some help and advice, we’d love to hear from you.
