Just back from a week at Camellia cottage and very relieved to have finally had a holiday after lockdown. We were lucky to have found this at short notice and were absolutely delighted on arrival at the property. It exceeded our expectations and was as good as the photos if not better. There were only two of us so we were spoiled by the space but it’s ideal for a family or group of friends. Love the location, sitting on the front terrace with a coffee or glass of wine, situated on the main path leading into town with so many people obviously staying further away commenting on what a great location the cottage looks. First time in St Ives and we can’t wait to return, everybody we came across was so friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous little town and so much to do in Cornwall during the week. Very easy car parking at the station two minutes walk away from the cottage with the added bonus of it currently being free parking. Judging by availability it appears that the cottage is very popular but if you can find available dates I would certainly recommend it!

The Warren

The Warren is a beautifully quiet and quaint spot, yet centrally located and within easy walking distance to the bus and train station. The train station offers pay and display parking which many people holidaying in St Ives opt to use. You are also only a short and gentle walk to Porthminster beach and St Ives town centre.

The Warren is a conservation area and is one of the oldest streets in St Ives so has a lot of character.

Located at the end of the street you will find Lambeth Walk and at low tide you can walk your four legged friend all year round on the beach right down to the end of Smeaton's Pier.

You will also find Blas Burgerworks, which has become legendry in its own right, with locals and visitor alike. They have a green ethos, it's not your average burger joint - absolutely delicious!

Fantastic cottage. Beautiful views and great location. Everything you could possibly want and need.

Great property! So close to town and the beach. The dog loved it too! Have a fab time!

Situated in an excellent spot with easy access to all of St Ives. Cottage is plenty big enough for a family of four adults and four children/teenagers. Outside space brilliant with use of a BBQ also lovely views of the harbour. Not mentioned in the write up but there are two bathrooms which is a bonus. Lovely restaurants. Recommend the Belgium beer bar, The Sloop and Seafood restaurant on Fore Street. Cornish pasty, cream tea and ice cream a must but watch out the seagulls are still about. Definitely recommend this property. St Ives is a beautiful place to visit but staying is even better. The Smith Family will be back very soon making it the sixth time.

Cottage in great location, near to beaches, car park and shops. Outside area amazing with lovely views.

Wonderful stay thanks so much A home away from home, we hope to book again

Wonderful location. Well appointed cottage that has charm, warmth while still being spacious. The summerhouse is an added bonus, especially when you have a large group so there is plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Camellia Cottage is charming and in a great location. Close to everything and well appointed with a versatile layout. We chose well. Thank you x

Absolutely lovely and comfortable cottage in great location. We will be booking this again for sure.

Camellia cottage is a first class cottage, Of which to stay in . It’s in an ideal location on the Warren close to amenities the shops as well the local hotel. It’s got to be 30 seconds walk to the local hotel, of which views food and beer are plentiful. The cottage itself is in a first class position and the equipment is also ,excellent. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. Terry Jackie ( Lola =jack russell)
