The Warren

The Warren is a beautifully quiet and quaint spot, yet centrally located and within easy walking distance to the bus and train station. The train station offers pay and display parking which many people holidaying in St Ives opt to use. You are also only a short and gentle walk to Porthminster beach and St Ives town centre.

The Warren is a conservation area and is one of the oldest streets in St Ives so has a lot of character.

Located at the end of the street you will find Lambeth Walk and at low tide you can walk your four legged friend all year round on the beach right down to the end of Smeaton's Pier.

You will also find Blas Burgerworks, which has become legendry in its own right, with locals and visitor alike. They have a green ethos, it's not your average burger joint - absolutely delicious!

Great property! So close to town and the beach. The dog loved it too! Have a fab time!

Nov 2019

Situated in an excellent spot with easy access to all of St Ives. Cottage is plenty big enough for a family of four adults and four children/teenagers. Outside space brilliant with use of a BBQ also lovely views of the harbour. Not mentioned in the write up but there are two bathrooms which is a bonus. Lovely restaurants. Recommend the Belgium beer bar, The Sloop and Seafood restaurant on Fore Street. Cornish pasty, cream tea and ice cream a must but watch out the seagulls are still about. Definitely recommend this property. St Ives is a beautiful place to visit but staying is even better. The Smith Family will be back very soon making it the sixth time.
