The Warren is a beautifully quiet and quaint spot, yet centrally located and within easy walking distance to the bus and train station. The train station offers pay and display parking which many people holidaying in St Ives opt to use. You are also only a short and gentle walk to Porthminster beach and St Ives town centre.
The Warren is a conservation area and is one of the oldest streets in St Ives so has a lot of character.
Located at the end of the street you will find Lambeth Walk and at low tide you can walk your four legged friend all year round on the beach right down to the end of Smeaton's Pier.
You will also find Blas Burgerworks, which has become legendry in its own right, with locals and visitor alike. They have a green ethos, it's not your average burger joint - absolutely delicious!

Mrs Paterson Aug 2020
Had a great week here - we have stayed in St Ives a lot and this property was by far the best we have ever used.
Perfect location, clean and comfortable.
Very well equipped for everyone.
Mr Riley Jul 2020
Blue mist is in the most perfect position in St Ives with fantastic views from all rooms and even from the sofa. Easy walking distance to harbour, town and all beaches. Kitchen is good with utility area. Beds in all rooms really comfortable. One slightly negative comment would be the size of the en-suite they are small. The other is that you can hear some noise from the flat above.

Reply from Aspects Holidays
We are glad to hear how much you liked the property and its absolutely fantastic location. The en suites are a little on the small side compared to some that you may come across; but a huge advantage to have that facility in each bedroom when you are here as part of a larger group. We try to clearly show the sizes of these within the photos, so we hope that this was what you had expected when booking and we hope that they still worked out ok for all of your party. Thank you for letting us know about the noise from upstairs. This can be a risk with any property where there are apartments above but has rarely been mentioned at this property before, so we would hope that this was a bit of a one off. We will monitor this for now. Thanks for taking the time to send in your comments and we hope to see you back here in St Ives again soon. Tanya, Customer Services
Excellent location for a family. Very close to town. This is the third year we have used Blue Mist and will return hopefully.
Mr Asquith May 2019
Superb views from all rooms Superb location - quiet yet short stroll to shops So much to do in and around St Ives Superb decor in house En suites in every bedroom so ideal for all adult groups Great kitchen equipment Parking space in station car park
Mr Dymond Apr 2019
A lovely house in a perfect location. Views over the harbour to the town and a short walk to Porthminster beach made this ideal for us as our black Labrador could go to the beach every day. 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms meant there was plenty of room for us and our teenagers plus friends to have our own space. In addition the gorgeous weather made this a fabulous holiday.
Mrs Carr Feb 2019
We enjoyed a short break in January in this warm and welcoming house with our family whose ages range from 7 months to seventy. It was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious with breathtaking views from every window and was a perfect house to celebrate a "milestone" birthday.
Mrs Hicks Jan 2019
Blue Mist was a last minute change of location due to problems with our original choice. We were generously 'upgraded' to the lovely neighbouring property, a huge thanks to both the owner and Aspects (particularly Lucy Willcocks).
Blue Mist is in a great, quiet location in The Warren. A highlight is being able to listen to the waves at night right outside the bedroom window. Close to beaches, shops, restaurants but far enough away from any hustle and bustle. The property is well equipped, warm and comfortable and a perfect place to take your dog. The cream tea was gratefully received, a lovely touch!
Mrs Hall Nov 2018
Absolutely lovely ideal location, spotlessly clean couldn’t fault a single thing.
Mrs Cheeseman Oct 2018
Amazing stay in Blue Mist, having stayed with Aspects for many years this by far suited us perfectly ...having fabulous sea views from every bedroom and the lounge, every bedroom had its own ensuite too ....i urge anyone who needs to see the sea on waking to book this cottahe. You will not be disappointed
Mrs Murphy Oct 2018

Mr Sweeney Jul 2018
Spacious, comfortable cottage in an ideal location with fabulous views.
Mrs Cordall Jun 2018
Excellent lettings company and property, one of the best we have stayed in over 30 years coming to Cornwall. First time with Aspects, will definitely use again...

Mrs Cree Oct 2017
Perfect location for St Ives town and outstanding sea views from all windows
Mr Chalkley Oct 2017
Really nice house to stay in, prime location and its was lovely having the rest of my family staying the Blue Mist apartment so we were all together
Ms Kent Sep 2017
Blue Mist is set in a fabulous location with expectional sea views from six of its seven windows. It's spacious and comfortable with lots of natural light it easily housed our party of 7 people. Would throughly recommend this beautiful cottage .
Miss Millington Aug 2017
We loved our stay at Blue Mist! We were a large party, 1 Grandparent, 2 parents, 4 16-20 year olds and a dog! There was plenty of room for everyone. There was wifi to keep the younger ones happy and a fabulous view from all the rooms to keep the older ones and the dog happy! We loved the location of this property as its minutes away from the harbour and town centre. There is a beach the dog can go on all year around 1 minute away from the house. The house is really well equipped and beautifully furnished. The beds are very comfortable and have lovely pillows! We had a small issue with one of the showers but popped down to the Aspects office on the harbourside to let them know and it was fixed within the hour. We can't wait to visit again soon or try out another Aspects property.
Mrs Timbrell Jul 2017
Blue Mist is a lovely cottage, we have been coming to St Ives for over 30 years and this is one of the best cottages we have stayed in. The sea and Harbour views from all the bedrooms and lounge are absolutely stunning. All the bedrooms being en-suite makes it ideal for large families/groups. The location of the cottage is perfect being minutes away from the Harbour and beaches.
I would definitely book this cottage again.
Mrs Knight Oct 2016
Excellent location and spectacular views.
Mrs Cordall May 2016
Good location and wonderful views. Ok if you have a dog but be aware high season the beaches are restricted and the dog friendly one is tidal. All rooms being en-suite suited our party of 8 adults. Welcome pack good and plenty of washing tablets and dishwasher tabs to get started. Very comfortable
