The Warren

The Warren is a beautifully quiet and quaint spot, yet centrally located and within easy walking distance to the bus and train station. The train station offers pay and display parking which many people holidaying in St Ives opt to use. You are also only a short and gentle walk to Porthminster beach and St Ives town centre.

The Warren is a conservation area and is one of the oldest streets in St Ives so has a lot of character.

Located at the end of the street you will find Lambeth Walk and at low tide you can walk your four legged friend all year round on the beach right down to the end of Smeaton's Pier.

You will also find Blas Burgerworks, which has become legendry in its own right, with locals and visitor alike. They have a green ethos, it's not your average burger joint - absolutely delicious!

Good location and great view

July 2018

This was a Beautiful cottage. Views can’t be beaten and had everything we needed with a great nights sleep! But probably wasn’t suitable for our 16 month toddler as several steep stone steps both in and out of cottage

April 2018

great location great apartment Christmas time was so special staying at 10 The Warren in St. Ives

December 2017

Lovely cottage but suffers from damp. I believe this is what the asthma reference in the description is about. Rear room is not suitable for use.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for sending in your comments. We are very sorry if you found the rear bedroom to be unsuitable for use; the Blue Elvin rock that we mention, can hold on to moisture, as can granite; materials that were commonly used in buildings here. Due to these holding on to more moisture than other building materials, being so close to the sea, and having a slightly milder climate; it can sometimes be a factor to consider for those that suffer with respiratory conditions. However; we have since looked into this, to investigate if there was anything more going on here, and the owner has now had builders carry out a lot of work to the property to improve this area. One of the team has since been in touch with you, so thank you again for highlighting this. Tanya, Customer services

A lovely cottage with tremendous views. Listening to the sea at night is so relaxing.
