As the name suggests, perhaps one of the most stunning features of the property is the glorious garden with the most amazing sea views. Here you will find a small patio area surrounded by flora and if you travel up one more level there is an incredible terrace. To top it off there is a beautiful summerhouse where you can sit back, unwind and let your cares melt away whatever the weather.
This stylish pad is tastefully and lovingly furnished and its features invite you to kick off your shoes, simply relax and enjoy the spectacular far-reaching views of the harbour, sea and coastline. Previously owned by an artist who built the summer house to paint the wonders that you can see from it. It's a separate world from the house, almost like a secret garden - absolutely stunning. It will definitely impress!

This is a fantastic property - furnished by the owner like their home rather than a holiday let. Very tasteful and well equipped. The upper terrace is a steep climb up steps but is a real suntrap with amazing views over St ives and the sea. The summer house is wonderful to sit in when it's cooler and even has a heater. We couldn't imagine finding anything better and enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks soaking in the views. The pictures don't fully do this justice.

Many of our larger town houses are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and these offer ideal family accommodation, many with gardens, something of a rarity in St Ives. If all that shopping and socialising gets too much, you can always get away from it all and relax in the tranquil setting of Trewyn Gardens, a real little haven, tucked away in the heart of the town.
So, for self catering holidays in St Ives with everything on your doorstep, the town is the place to be.

We were lucky enough to get a last minute cancellation for this property, we couldn’t believe our luck. It is well decorated and perfectly situated in St Ives to be close enough to the town without the crowds. There is parking right outside although this is tight and anything bigger than a Golf will struggle. The best bit about this property are the views from the top terrace and the stunning summer house, but beware the steps to access.

Thank you for your comments. Sea Garden is a lovely place with loads of character and that view from the summer house is truly amazing; we are glad that you agreed and enjoyed your time there. Parking in St Ives is in huge demand, with many properties in the town not having this facility, so whilst it is only suitable for a small to average sized car, we hope that you found it a huge benefit. It can fit anything up to a Range Rover Evoque sized car, though you will need to park on an angle, and space will be tight. Thank you again and we hope that we will see you back here soon. Really enjoyed our stay in Sea Garden, although we thought there could be some difficulty for those with slight mobility limitations. Worth noting that the parking space is only suitable for a smallish car and any passengers need to get out first before parking up! Place was lovely and clean and very welcoming. The bathroom was on the small size and it could get interesting if the house was full. It's easy to understand why this one is listed as unique and boutique. Best thing about Sea Garden has to be the views, especially enjoyed from up by the summer house - fabulous and well worth the climb!

We are glad to hear about how much you enjoyed your time at Sea Garden. Being in such a fantastic location, perched above the town, enjoying those beautiful views (especially from the top of the garden) does involve a bit of a climb from the town and beaches of St Ives at the end of the day, if you are on foot. There are also internal stairs and the steep steps up to the top of the garden that we detail, that should certainly be considered if you have limited mobility, or potentially if you are here with younger children. We are glad that you agreed that the climb is worth it though. The allocated parking space outside, is on the smaller size and cars should park at an angle to best fit in the space, so we only advertise this as being suitable for small to average size cars. For anyone interested in this property, please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about the suitability of the space. Tanya, Customer Services
Excellent location, nicely furnished, outstanding view from the summerhouse level We really enjoyed our stay there.

Lovely cottage in a great location.

Sea Garden is an amazing holiday home. The garden and summerhouse are quite magical - beautiful succulent plants and statues everywhere, and the views are incredible. The house is on a busy one-way street that's also a bus route - it didn't bother us but meant we had to keep a particularly close eye on our 6-year old when moving to and from the car. Parking is in a very slim space at the front of the property, on the other side of the road. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and we really didn't want to leave! St Ives Town is a few minutes walk away and Porthmeor Beach is a brisk 10-15 minute walk. You're in for a treat if you book this place!

Excellent location, tastefully decorated, everything you need.
Mr Dixon Sep 2016
Beautiful house, lots of thoughtful additional details - everything you think to pack was there to use even windbreak for the beach, cool bag, ice packs etc. Views from the summer house were really enjoyed. Managed to park a Kia Venga but anything longer wouldn't fit in parking space!
