We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. Well-equipped, comfortable and is a great location with a parking space.

September 2021

The location was ideal and close to the shops and Porthmeor Beach (10 min walk). The house was well equipped and big enough for us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, with the added bonus of Wifi! The parking space was a plus too. We also utilised the small car park across the road after checking out so that we could spend more time at the beach. We would definitely consider returning to this property again.

St Ives Town

Many of our larger town houses are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and these offer ideal family accommodation, many with gardens, something of a rarity in St Ives. If all that shopping and socialising gets too much, you can always get away from it all and relax in the tranquil setting of Trewyn Gardens, a real little haven, tucked away in the heart of the town.

So, for self catering holidays in St Ives with everything on your doorstep, the town is the place to be.

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. Well-equipped, comfortable and is a great location with a parking space.

The parking space was a plus too. We also utilised the small car park across the road after checking out so that we could spend more time at the beach. Location was amazing with a parking space right outside the house. The home offered everything we needed as a family of 4, two adults a 1 year old and a 5 year old, it has the space to stay comfortably as a 4 for the whole week as we did, being open plan helped us keep an eye on the kids when they were chilling and playing in the living room. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen spacious and clean, bathroom nice enough to want to use perfect for kids too, living room/dining room lovely enough to want to chill in there. we will definitely be coming back was perfect for us and the aspect service was great thank you xx

The property was in a great location in St Ives. The property is v clean and very nicely decorated with lots of nice touches throughout. The WiFi wasn’t working very well on the second day and we were very impressed that it was fixed quickly for us despite it being a weekend. Many thanks for a great stay

Jerantut is a great property and just perfect for a small group or family. The parking space is big enough for a mid size car and we had no problem getting in and out of it. Parking is really hard to find in St. Ives so this was excellent! Comfy and well stocked with essentials. Short walk into town with a slight hill on the way home. Totally recommend this place.

Comfortable, convenient, well placed and close to all local amenities.

We enjoyed our stay in Jerantut, close to the town, good parking space just outside and generally a nice house. Some cleaning needs to be done to bring it up to a better standard, and the quirky landing between the two levels with a separate bathroom and toilet, may not be to everyone's taste. We would stay again.

Thank you for your review. We were really pleased to see that you enjoyed your stay at Jerantut and that you would stay again in the future. Some of the older properties in town are indeed quirkier than others but they are always packed full of character which makes each property unique. These quirks are definitely an important consideration when booking a property like this. We always try to be as open and honest as possible and try to give an accurate representation of properties within our photos and descriptions, so we hope that we have achieved this here. We were really sorry to see that you found areas in the property that were not as clean as you'd expect, as we would of course want guests to arrive and everything be spotless. We have highlighted this to the housekeeping team to ensure it is kept on top going forward and will be sure to monitor this. Lucy, Customer Services

The house was beautiful and clean. The beds very comfortable. Ideal location as only 5/10 minute walk from the beach and relatively easy to get in and out for day trips.

Very quiet and parking is excellent.

Great position in town. Parking a bonus.

Perfect position and the added bonus of parking. I have a large estate car and had no problem maneuvering on and off the designated space.

Jerantut is modern, spacious and comfortable, a perfect holiday home for us. This year was our second visit to the house and we've already booked our 2 weeks for 2020. Highly recommended.

Great location, clean tidy and well equiped cottage. Off street parking big advantage. Would stay here again.

Lovely little cottage within walking distance to everything we needed. Perfect for our little family, although to note a travel cot won’t fit in the main bedroom. Very clean with the added bonus of a parking space just outside the front door.

Jerantut is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Ideally located near to a Supermarket, St Ives Town Centre and Beaches. We loved this place and hope to return in 2019.

A very lovely house to stay in..... a week wasn't long enough.

Parking at this property is extremely difficult.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to read that you had experienced difficulty with the parking. We popped over to the property after receiving your feedback, and whilst the space fits a medium size car; due to the location of a boulder and a low wall, it can take a little manoeuvring into the space. We have amended the website description as a result, and the owner has since removed the boulder to improve the access to the parking space. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we hope that you still enjoyed your time here. Tanya, Customer Services.

Lovely, cosy cottage ideally located for all st ives has to offer!

We were pleased with service and the holiday and would book again
