Lovely apartment! Really clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend for a stay in the centre of St Ives!

August 2019

This is obviously a well loved apartment, which the owners have tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. It is very homely, with lots of artistic touches and books. Although it is right in the middle of town, it is surprisingly quiet, as the windows open onto the back, less busy, street. Downtown is also more spacious than I imagined from the photos, the kitchen being particularly well equipped. We loved our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

St Ives Town

Many of our larger town houses are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and these offer ideal family accommodation, many with gardens, something of a rarity in St Ives. If all that shopping and socialising gets too much, you can always get away from it all and relax in the tranquil setting of Trewyn Gardens, a real little haven, tucked away in the heart of the town.

So, for self catering holidays in St Ives with everything on your doorstep, the town is the place to be.

A beautifully appointed apartment... located town centre...but quiet and facing away from high street with sub tropical park greenery for a lounge view. Well equipped, very comfortable. The only negatives... four small flight of steps and of course the parking. The nearest long stay carpark is Barnoon... with a hill to climb to get to it. Not for the infirm.

We are glad that you enjoyed this property and found all those stairs worth it for this great little apartment. Unfortunately many properties within St Ives do not have parking, or have their parking located away from the property, so there can be a bit of a walk involved from the car park. Barnoon, like you said is the closest, but up a steep hill; there is also the Island car park which is further away, but a level walk, or the option of parking at Trenwith car park at the top of town and getting a bus down into town. If you are ever looking to return and would like any further information on parking options, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Tanya, Customer Services
