Pleasant flat in a great location close to the harbour and main shopping street. The pub next door is loud but with the flat windows closed it was pretty quiet - not totally silent but you wouldn't know you were next to a bar, it's well sound proofed. Cosy bedroom and well equipped kitchen/living room. Good quality crockery, glassware etc. Downside is there's no outside bins for the flat that we could see so we had to take rubbish and put it in little local bins around town but it certainly didn't stop it being a lovely holiday in a lovely flat in a lovely place!

Many of our larger town houses are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and these offer ideal family accommodation, many with gardens, something of a rarity in St Ives. If all that shopping and socialising gets too much, you can always get away from it all and relax in the tranquil setting of Trewyn Gardens, a real little haven, tucked away in the heart of the town.
So, for self catering holidays in St Ives with everything on your doorstep, the town is the place to be.

Great location and very close to the town and Porthminster beach. The apartment is finished to a high standard with high quality appliances, linen and kitchenware throughout. Perfect for a couple to enjoy, the apartment is peaceful and quiet so I would not be put off in anyway about its proximity to a local pub. We didn't hear a thing - even on a warm, busy weekend in August.

We have booked our holidays through Aspects for about ten years now, that should be recommendation enough. The staff are very pleasant, friendly and will do whatever is needed to ensure your stay is as good as possible. A terrific company. Thank you.
Mr Marsh Aug 2019
We loved our stay at apartment 1A, and would defnitely stay again, it was conveniently located and extremly clean , simply yet beautifully decorated, and i love the white of everything! The kitchen was completely stocked with cooking and eating materials...and space was nice enough for two. Aspects holidays is greatly accomodating..especially for visitors travelling on foot and having no car....the convenience of having keys available for pickup in more than one location was extremly helpful. Their selections of stay places is remarkable as well..would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Lovely and cosy flat especially when it starts getting chilly in the evenings, Great bathroom, everything you need in such a compact space.
Mrs Clark Oct 2018
A great central, clean and cozy apartment with no hill trecks and close to shops for the evening wine. cant wait to come back in September.
Mrs Clark May 2018
A delightful apartment in a convenient location. It is tastefully decorated and has beautiful linen. A dog friendly apartment, but don't be put off if you aren't a doggy person as the apartment has been well cleaned. You are warned about potential noise from the nearby pub, but you would only hear it if the window was open, it really has been well soundproofed. We will not hesitate to book this apartment again in the future.

We had a lovely week in St Ives and what helped was how fab Apartment 1A was and the wonderful location of being right in St Ives itself! :) .. Aspect Holidays was incredibly accommodating and friendly whenever I contacted whether it be via email or telephone. And was so lovely to arrive and find they'd provided a doggy bed and bowls and even put milk in the fridge for us and supplied some sweet Cornish biscuits, Tea and Coffee. Definitely going to recommend to all family and friends. Thanks again! ??
Mrs Stretton Jul 2017

Great little "bolt hole" for one or two people central to all the amenities in St Ives. Was able to work when I needed too, and then walk out the door into the hustle and bustle of St Ives town!
A beautifully decorated apartment too........
Thanks!
