We had a wonderful stay at 9 Windsor Terrance . A very comfortable property in a great location with views of the bay and a very short walk into St Ives . Must mention the Aspects team who were helpful and friendly thoughtout - thank you

Dec 2018

Beautiful property with everything you could ever want in a holiday cottage. Literally minutes from town but easily accessible and with that rare thing in St Ives, parking!

Nov 2018

Lovely place. Fully equipped. Clean. Wonderful views. Co-op, shops and cinema within walking distance.

The problem is the location, which totally marred it for me. It is a little road that means stopping and negotiating a turn when you are in the centre of a very steep (25%), and surprisingly busy, hill. It is very difficult to negotiate. You need to have a powerful engine, and be a very confident driver with no nervous passengers.

There is a full stair case of very steep steps up to the front door and so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Once you are inside the property, you will love it though.

We are so sorry to hear that the access to the property, marred your stay, which otherwise sounded ideal for your party. The access road is steep and on a tight turn into the road, so we had included in the website description, that the property is located off a steep hill, along with information about the parking space requiring careful manoeuvring, but we will continue to monitor further feedback, to see if we need to make this any clearer. We would always want our descriptions to be as accurate as possible so that all guests' expectations are met, so we have now added a note to the description that mentions the steps to the property. We hope that this will help, and we hope that despite the issues with access, you still had a great time here, and enjoyed everything that 9 Windsor Court and St Ives has to offer. Thank you for your very helpful comments. Tanya, Customer Services

We had such a lovely time with extended family in a lovely spacious house just the right distance from the town and beach. The weather was glorious for May and we had the royal wedding to celebrate too!

May 2018

Lovely house, well equipped and in a good position

Jul 2017

We were a group of friends on a walking holiday... the house was lovely and clean and comfortably furnished. I shared a twin room and the beds were very comfy and lovely pillows/duvets. We spent a lot of time around the kitchen table and on the lovely sunny terrace... such great views! Windsor Hill is very very steep and narrow... we would suggest telling guests not to try to approach from the bottom of the hill as it is very difficult to turn left into the terrace! Definitely easier going down from the top of the hill and turning right into the Terrace!

Thank you for your comments. Consider it done! :-) We have ensured that directions to the property direct guests down the hill. Thank you for your helpful comments. Tanya, Customer Services

A lovely house that easily accommodated our family as we met together to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had a great week even though the weather was not so good, there was lots of space indoors or even on the terrace when the sun came out.
