Fantastic location Ideal for a mini break away Steps and stairs could be a problem if less mobile

With 3 flights of stairs to access this apartment, it may not suit all guests, so it is certainly something to consider if you are looking to book here. For those who can manage the steps though, we hope you agree, it is well worth it. We hope to see you back again soon. Tanya, Customer Services

Came here for a late getaway for my partner’s birthday. Excellent accommodation with amazing views. Will definitely be booking to come here again.

Michael from Nottingham

We booked this property as a last minute short break. It is perfect for a couple who want to be in the middle if St Ives, yet was quiet and tucked away from the main streets. The apartment was beautifully appointed and contained everything you would need for an enjoyable mini-break, and the sunrise views from the living room window were amazing! The lack of direct outside space may impact during the summer, but it is only a couple of minutes walk to the harbour or Trewyn Gardens for some fresh air. Would book this property again for a mini-break.

Lovely clean and comfy apartment for couples. Location good with nice sea view. Do not book this though if you have a car as parking is a nightmare now in St Ives

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your feedback. Parking is in very high demand in St Ives, with many properties not having this facility. Being a traditional fishing village, it was not designed with cars in mind at the time but is part of what gives it such a charming appeal. For properties without this facility, it is always worth looking into parking options beforehand on the local council website and looking into private parking availability, particularly for peak weeks. There is also a park and ride facility which some find useful. Please feel free to contact the team for any advice before booking or arrival to your chosen property; we will always be happy to answer any questions. 9 Sunday School Court is within a 7-minute walk of the station car park and park avenue car park, and 10-minute walk to Trenwith car park which is the largest in town. As they fill up quickly, it is certainly worth being aware of the next closest options or private parking facilities. Thanks for your comments, and we hope to see you back here soon. A lovely property near to Trewyn Gardens and all amenities , will definitely visit 9 Sunday School Court again ...????

Had a lovely week at 9 Sunday School Court, beautiful apartment with everything you need. Very adjacent to beaches and town. Great view across the sea whilst at the dining table. Also had very good weather, so good to be back in St Ives this year.

Really lovely flat, clean, comfortable and warm! And such a fantastic location!

An ideal property for two in the heart of St Ives merely yards from the harbour, Fore street shops and Barbara Hepworth studio. Well equipped clean and very quiet. Simple access with a key safe at the property. located on the second floor so steps are an issue if you have any limited mobility but ideal if you are of normal fitness. ASpects staff are invariably helpfull friendly and responsive to any requests.

We have been coming to St Ives for about 15 years. It is a wonderful place to visit in rain or shine. This is the first time we have booked with Aspect Holidays and I can honestly say I will definitely book with them again. They offer great accommodation that is very clean and generally comfortable. I have already recommended them to members of my staff who have also booked with them for later this month.

Great apartment, just needs something more substantial covering the bedroom window so guests can get a decent night sleep.

Thank you for your helpful feedback. Whilst things like this can be down to personal preference, the owners would love for everyone to have the best experience possible, so have now replaced the blinds with curtains. It sounds like you otherwise loved everything else about your stay here, so hopefully we will see you back again so that you can enjoy those holiday lie ins even more! Tanya, Customer Services

9 Sunday School Court is a small but delightful property - perfect for a couple. The flat's location is very central but in a quiet position. It is spotlessly clean and and equipped to an excellent standard with a wonderfully comfortable bed.

We had a great time staying at 9 Sunday School Court. The flat has excellent quality interior especially the kitchen and all the electrical appliances. Pretty sea view and the location was perfect. We walked a few minutes to the different beaches, the harbour and went shopping and had breakfast on Fore Street. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful week in St Ives. Our accommodation was excellent- comfortable, very clean and excellent location. Everything was so easy from booking to collecting keys and communication. Thank you.

Fantastic location, superb views, great holiday. Will definitely come again

Great location, and a well furnished apartment.

Gorgeous little apartment right in the centre of town. Location can’t be beat! Perfect for us as a couple. In a very quiet little courtyard next to the church just off Bedford Road. Close to absolutely everything, beaches, restaurants, harbour, co-op, bakeries, shops etc. Double bed with very good linens and fluffy towels provided. Sparklingly clean and fresh everywhere including the public areas i.e. entrance and stairway etc. Whilst there is no parking (Trenwith car park with 1000+ spaces is just a 10 min walk up the hill,) you can easily unload/load up in the courtyard area when you arrive and leave. Overall, the best place we’ve stayed in St Ives.

A clean, modern apartment in a great place. Looks just like it does in the pictures.
