Perfect location. No outdoor space, but when you are so centrally located that doesn't matter. Be aware of the tight parking space if driving a larger vehicle.

Many of our larger town houses are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and these offer ideal family accommodation, many with gardens, something of a rarity in St Ives. If all that shopping and socialising gets too much, you can always get away from it all and relax in the tranquil setting of Trewyn Gardens, a real little haven, tucked away in the heart of the town.
So, for self catering holidays in St Ives with everything on your doorstep, the town is the place to be.

Excellent accommodation and spacious for the 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children). Having a parking space right outside house was brilliant. Great location for town and only short walk for any of the beaches. Would definitely stay in this place again. Service from Aspects was superb from start to finish.
Mr Drake Aug 2021
Lovely house in a great location. Fully equipped with everything you need should you want to cook. My 14 year old granddaughter took charge of the top floor. In my opinion the best room of the house. Never stayed in St Ives before and it won’t be the last. Thanks aspects
Mrs Roberts Jul 2020
A very comfortable house to stay in. It had everything we needed and we loved it, Parking space is a bonus and so easy to walk into town. Would certainly book this property again.
Miss Muir Mar 2020
Fabulous property in a great location - only a few minutes walk into the centre of St Ives and 10 minutes to both main beaches. Parking space is definitely a bonus - it’s a bit of a squeeze to get in but manageable. House is lovely - clean and well kitted out. The only thing missing is some outside space - but with everything on your doorstep we didn’t mind!
Mrs Beech Aug 2019
Really lovely property, good amenities and very comfortable. 5 Minutes walk from property into the harbour. Short uphill climb back to the accomodation from the harbour area. Local Co-op either up the hill or down the hill. On a busy road with a busy pathway running behind the property, so if you are a light sleeper, it may be an issue. Parking space and entrance to the parking space very narrow, not really suited for large SUV vehicles, although you can get it there with care.

Thank you for your feedback. With St Ives being such a popular place to visit, anywhere within the town will experience the noise of traffic and passers-by, though certainly nothing like the level that you would experience in a busy urban area. However, 2 Trenwith Terrace is set back from the road, with another row of houses in front of it, so generally most find that it is a very peaceful location, given that you are in the heart of St Ives. For very light sleepers, any property within the heart of St Ives may pose a problem, so for advice on the quietest locations, please feel free to call our bookings team so that we can help you find the most suitable place for your stay. The parking space fits large vehicles, but like much of St Ives, the roads were built to take a horse and cart, not for modern day traffic, so it is the turning/access into the space that is a little tight but is manageable with careful manoeuvring. This may not suit more nervous drivers but having a parking space in St Ives is a huge benefit, as it is very short supply during busier times, so we really do hope that you found it useful, despite the tightness of the access. We hope that you enjoyed the excellent convenient location and all the lovely touches that the owners have put into the property, and hopefully we will see you back in St Ives again soon. Fantastic location, parking and enjoyed by all the family would definitely like to come back and recommend highly
Mrs Watts Nov 2018
Amazing house in a fantastic location. Perfect for all our family needs. Our 3rd but certainly won’t be our last stay at this property.
Miss Strycharczyk Jul 2018
Great location and parking a god send. Very comfortable and well equipped.
Mr Scott Jul 2018
Lovely property, close to the town centre and beaches and the real plus is the parking space (albeit a bit tight). Very clean and comfortable, with lots of useful suggestions for things to do. We had a lovely stay and would be more than happy to come again!
Ms Jackman Apr 2018
Good sized property in a great location and with parking and wi-fi. Perfect for a family holiday, would strongly recommend.
Mrs Connors Oct 2017
Super cottage , nice if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle and nice that a parking space was included ...please be careful though as very tight getting in to the space ...we had a scrape or two but got used to it
Mrs Murphy Sep 2016
A lovely, comfortable house in a fantastic location. Plenty to keep our 14, 10 and 2 year old busy when the rain briefly visited. Would highly recommend this property and we have already booked for next year ??
Miss Strycharczyk Aug 2016
A great cottage in a great location. Would definitely recommend.
Mr O'grady May 2016
We were delighted with this cottage. An incredibly comfortable, well kitted out and stylish property, we really enjoyed our stay here. It is situated in a great location, slightly away from the hustle and bustle but still an easy 5 minute walk to the harbour (you don't have to climb too many steep hills, like many other properties in St Ives!)The other plus for us was the parking. This house made a fantastic base for our first family holiday with our 3 month old daughter.
Ms Godfrey Sep 2015
Amazingly clean spacious house, with plenty of room, ideally located, made enjoying our holiday that much easier
