Great apartment with lovely views and garden. Much bigger than anticipated. Spotless. We had excellent service from Aspects.

Spacious apartment with great morning views from the large balcony. Really well equipped and big enough for a family of four to stay in comfortably. We stayed at a busy time so we couldn’t take the car into St Ives - the walk into town is about 15 minutes and mainly downhill however on the way back it is uphill and not ideal for anyone unfit, elderly or less ables. Also beware the over zealous parking warden - Aspects Holidays were great at sorting out a parking ticket we got from a private security company even though we had a valid parking ticket displayed. The Housekeeper leaves her number which is helpful and left loads of cleaning products which is obviously good to have at the moment! All in all we had a fab stay!

Thanks for your feedback; we are delighted to hear that you had a great break away here in lovely St Ives. The walk back up certainly helps to work off the pasties and cream teas, but for those that are not keen on the walk or less able to manage it; there are buses that go from the town up to the leisure centre car park which is a much shorter and considerably less hilly walk back to the property. We were glad that we could help with the parking ticket, but if you are ever thinking of returning, don't let this put you off; it certainly isn't something that happens regularly. It was reported back to us that the warden had mis-read your arrival time as the departure time, so just human error in this instance. We hope that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back here again soon. Tanya, Customer Services

We had a lovely stay at North 1, Belyars Croft, St Ives and would highly recommend it. We have a daughter with autism and it allowed us to visit Porthminster Beach each day, but with the apartment just up the hill if it got too busy and she needed to escape to a calm, quiet space. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the evenings too, with beautiful views of sunset over the sea (and plenty of delivery takeaways!). Just loved it!

A great apartment good value for money nice patio and a lovely garden

Great apartment in good location but please be aware it is up quite a steep hill and located near the leisure centre car park

Fabulous balcony and well equipped

The car park security guy is very unfriendly and unhelpful so ensure you complete your car park ticket out correctly and remember to display everyday or as 1 guy forgot and had a £100 fine

Thank you for your comments. We are glad to hear that you liked Ocean View Apartment. Being in such a fantastic location, sitting above the town to take advantage of some sea views, does involve an uphill walk back to the property after a day at one of the stunning beaches of St Ives. The walk may not be suitable for everyone, but we are glad that you agreed that it was worth it! For those that are not so keen on the walk, there is a bus service that runs most of the year, from the leisure centre that is a short stroll from the property. It's such a shame to hear about the unfriendly security guy. With parking in such high demand in St Ives, there is a risk of unauthorised vehicles parking in the spaces, so the parking is managed by a third party company who unfortunately do issue tickets if the provided permits are not displayed. We will issue a permit upon arrival, so as long as this is displayed correctly, you will not have anything to worry about. Tanya, Customer Services

Excellent well kept modern apartment

Great apartment for a family, great location and parking space.

Excellent apartment furnished to a high standard with good coastal views and it's own parking space.

Lovely light apartment with sea views.Very clean and spacious. Large balcony gets morning sun, ideal for breakfast. It is next to a fairly busy road, though that didn't bother us. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful at night. The beds were ok, but not hotel standard - mattresses could definitely do with upgrading, as could the duvets. Altogether though, we really enjoyed our short break.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

It sounds like you had a great time here, with the exception of the mattress comfort. It can be very difficult to find a mattress that will suit everyone and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference. For now, we will monitor comments to keep an eye on guest’s preferences over the coming months, and we will have the duvets checked. Thanks for letting us know. Tanya, Customer Services

Excellent apartment and perfect location

Apartment is exactly as described and of a good size for 4 adults with excellent facilities

Excellent apartment, very adequate for two couples. Warm and comfortable and very well located for town centre. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment and location. Was as described on the website. Thank you

A lovely place to stay and enjoy st ives

Lovely place, very clean and modern apartment. Would definitely recommend this place.....!!

Comfortable and ideal for a family.

It is so important it is to have guaranteed parking so close to this busy and congested little town. The town, the beaches, railway station and bus terminus are just minutes away on foot although it is a big hill on the way back. Great modern apartment, great view.

A comfortable apartment with a sea view and a lovely outside space
