Mr Jeoffroy Nov 2021
First class location, view to die for! Unexpectedly large amount of outside space which we enjoyed. The development and apartment were beautiful and provided a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to self-cater. The parking space was much welcomed - essential to save the stress of finding parking elsewhere. Close enough and an easy 10 min walk for us to town, we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle, but those with mobility issues may struggle a little with the hill. We stayed out of season so the hotel next door was quiet. As it is so close, assume there would be some noise at busy times, particularly when there are events, so just something to be aware of. We enjoyed a spa day at the hotel and lovely to just walk next door for it! Would highly recommend this property if you are looking for high quality and a comfortable home from home experience.
Mr Hudson Oct 2021
Number One Peninsula is a beautiful apartment in an ideal location. It is very easy to walk into St Ives or to Porthminster beach. The steps down to the beach are quite steep so perhaps not so easy for those with very young children or those who are less abled. We did not find the bed in the master bedroom to be very comfortable and this should be looked at to ensure that guests can enjoy a great night’s sleep at this lovely apartment.
Mrs Plews Aug 2021
Lovely place to stay for a week . Spacious and well equipped apartment Good outside area with plenty of space to relax and unwind with lovely views
Lots of steps down to the beach and quite hilly . People with mobility issues might have a problem with its location
Mrs Waidson Jul 2021
Very good location, spacious apartments. The need for a car if anyone is with poor mobility to get about.
Mrs Quigley Jun 2021
The pictures didn’t do the apartment justice! What an absolutely stunning place with even better views! We had the most amazing stay and we’re looking to book again for next year! Thank you so much Aspects! You’ve been fantastic!
Mrs Rowland Jun 2021
This is a wonderful, large apartment in an amazing location for anyone visiting St Ives.
It’s the location and size that makes it expensive - not the little welcoming extras - that were pretty much non-existent...
However, we’d definitely book again.
Mr Shaljean Jun 2021
A wonderful apartment. Beautiful view, very comfortable and spacious apartment and great for small kids. There’s a great short cut to the beach but you need to be ok with steps. Otherwise it’s a lovely walk into town.
Mr Jeoffroy Nov 2020
One cannot help but enjoy St. Ives, but the property, for the price, leaves a lot to be desired . Dirty.windows inside and out. Floors mopped but not dried properly, water marks everywhere. Cushions and throws stuffed under the beds. Rusty pots and pans which were replaced, but the old ones not removed. Smoke alarms to the bedrooms had been disabled, again rectified after complaints. The parking is a nightmare, being constantly blocked in by hotel guests’ cars. The property could be beautiful with a little care and attention. We will not be returning.

We were very sorry to hear of your disappointment, though glad that we were able to resolve the main areas of concern for you at the time. Even with fortnightly external cleans of the widows in place, unfortunately, being right on the coast there, within a few hours of them being cleaned, they can get covered in salts when the wind is blowing in that direction, and seagulls have an irritating liking to them, especially at certain times of the year! However, if this has happened and it is reported, we are always happy to send a window cleaner straight over. The insides of the windows are usually cleaned by the housekeeper every week, so if they were not cleaned to a satisfactory level, we are very sorry. The parking has been an intermittent issue which we are trying to resolve with the property owner and the hotel. They should not be using that space or blocking it in, and it is not acceptable that they have allowed this on a few occasions, so again, thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we can use your feedback to help us in getting this resolved. We are sorry to hear that you would not return here as a result of this experience; we can only hope that after the chat that we have had since and the actions taken, that we may have the opportunity to restore your faith in the future and welcome you back. Tanya, Customer Services
Excellent accommodation in every way except the booking in and departure times
Mr Anderson Oct 2020
Peninsula One is a well equipped, clean, warm, and stunningly located property. We have been here more than once and look forward to staying again in the future. Loved every second of our holiday here.
Mrs Rowley Sep 2020
Lovely apartment with beautiful views from the terrace, overlooking the beach. Lynda and Tony July 2020
Mr Raftery Jul 2020
This apartment is in a perfect location - a short walk from the main shopping/harbour area (but need to consider a bit of a steep hill OR steps); high up but close enough to hear the sea. It has a wonderful balcony from which you can see St Ives Harbour and Porthmeor Beach (and amazing sunrises). Lovely, light and spacious, at the end of the season the apartment was a little jaded in a couple of places but I informed Aspects of this and they were going to resolve this ahead of the next customers.
Aspects were easy to book through and provided just the right amount of information.

Thank you for your feedback and informing us of the items that needed to be replaced. The team have since actioned this but we are sorry that we had not been aware beforehand, so that you could have arrived to everything as it should have been. We are glad that you had otherwise enjoyed everything and those lovely views and the stunning sunsets that you get from there. We hope that we will see you back here in St Ives again soon. Have spent our holidays in the Peninsula for last couple of years. Very good for poor mobility people as everything on one level. Very spacious, comfortable and family friendly. Highly reccommended.
Mrs Quigley Sep 2019
Fantastic location, for a large spacious apartment, right on top of the beach. Easy walking distance into St. Ives itself, which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Perfect area for a family, plenty to do and see.
Be warned about the parking bay - this can be an issue due to it being a shared garage with the neighbouring hotel and sometimes being blocked in.
Mr Auton Aug 2019
An excellent location for a vacation in St Ives. Nearest beach within a couple minutes walking distance, and the town centre and other beaches are a short walk away. Beautiful and functional apartment with great views to the sea. Quite good cooking facilities, grocery stores within reasonable distance. Peaceful residential building. Some partying occurred in the neighboring hotel on Friday and Saturday nights, but it didn't bother us.
Mrs Paukkeri Jul 2019
This apartment is awesome. The large outdoor decking has wonderful views over St Ives. We have stayed in a few apartments in this block and we will definitely book this apartment again. We had a minor hiccup at the start but Aspects customer service was superb and we had a fabulous week.
Mr Niblett Jul 2019
Excellent location, parking space provided. Good beach and sea views. Ideal for wheelchair and poor mobility users. Highly recommended.
