Morveren is a luxury ground-floor apartment situated in the beautiful Gallinas Point development in St Ives. Architect-designed, contemporary and filled with light, there are two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable open plan living area and a decked outside sun terrace, which enjoys sea views. To top it off, there's an allocated private parking space to the rear, so you can come and go as you please, or simply set the keys aside and enjoy St Ives and the surrounding area on foot. Not to be left out, your pooches will be welcomed and pampered at Morveren, arriving to biscuits, a bowl, a spare lead and a comfy bed to snooze on at night!

It's just a short walk away from the glorious Porthminster Beach, where you can soak up the sun in the summer or walk your four legged friend during winter. You can also walk into St Ives town within five minutes where you'll find delectable restaurants, friendly local pubs, shops, water sports hire and even more beaches! This stylish, well-equipped and ideally situated property is great for families, friends, couples and pets at any time of year.

Morveren is a great apartment out of the main area of St Ives only a 5 minute walk downhill to get into more central areas 2 bathrooms which make mornings easier

The flat is beautifully designed and a pleasure to spend time in. It has good sea views from the balcony and the views from the walk down to St Ives town centre are gorgeous. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Local events

St Ives Feast Day

Held on the anniversary of the consecration of the Parish Church of St Eia in 1434 AD, Feast Day offers visitors to witness - and even join in with - some centuries-old traditions. A morning precesison led by the Mayor to bless the Well of St Eia. Following this, the Mayor will 'Hurls the Silver Ball' into a crowd of children who assemble on the beach below. The one who returns the ball to the Guildhall steps by midday receives a silver coin. In the afternoon the Mayor then throw pennies from the balcony of the Guildhall for children to collect.

Stayed in Morveren for 5 nights over Christmas 2019. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. They could do investing in more comfortable seating in the lounge as only enough seats for 3 adults. The location is prefect as quiet and only 5 mins walk into the town centre.

The owners currently provide 1 sofa and 1 tub chair, as pictured on the website, but having received your feedback they have informed us that they will have a look to see if it will be possible to fit a further tub chair in there without compromising on the space too much. In a lovely position over looking St Ives, with a beautiful view over Porthminster beach. Not for the less abled, 2. Short flights of stairs to the entrance to the apartment. Steep walk back from St Ives. Parking spot is very tight for the larger vehicle.

I have stayed there several times over the years and love the location and its closeness to the train station and town centre. It does need a little TLC now as its a bit outdated, but would still stay there as the location if perfect for me. Aspects were great and nothing was to much trouble. I also used ACE Taxi's whilst there and they were also brilliant and so helpful.

Fabulous location. Lovely modern apartments with parking although the parking for this apartment is extremely tight. There is no facility to charge hybrid cars yet. The apartment is fully equipped and very spacious. A lovely touch providing the tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival. Not an ideal apartment for less mobile as the property is accessed via stairs. A fabulous holiday and well worth the money. Thank you.

Visiting St Ives and booking through aspects Holidays was brilliant. would highly recommend this accomodation as it has its own parking, parking in St Ives can be quite difficult so it's ideal to have an accomodation with parking and it's less than ten minutes walk to the beach and into the centre. accomodation is big and roomy. kitchen is well equipped for if you want to bring back fish and chips and eat at the flat. Dog friendly flat also. Great service from aspects holidays from collecting the keys to dropping the keys off also.

A lovely spacious, clean and modern apartment. The terrace and sea view is a bonus. Our family of five fitted into this property perfectly. Totally recommend Morveren.
