Website and booking process easy to use / follow. Aspect Holidays staff were very friendly and helpful when I had to speak with them. Everything was done / sent as promised. Cottage description was spot on and the cottage itself was immaculate. Would definitely use this company again and would return to the cottage if we ever come back to St Ives. Thank you.
Ms Feay May 2019
Good location with free parking, nice and quiet but easy to access the centre of St Ives. Large open plan living area with lots of space to eat or just watch tv, very happy with Gillan Cottage.
Mrs Bartlett May 2019
This is a spacious, clean, well equipped property but it is a good trek into the town and to the beaches. There however buses that run to the leisure centre close by that you can catch. Although the property has lots of windows natural daylight is blocked by trees. Being a bit out of the way it is lovely and peaceful and has the advantage of parking if you want to explore Cornwall.
Miss Hayes Aug 2018
A great place to stop, a short walk into St Ives. Well presented and clean. Will stop there again when on our next holiday in Cornwall
Mr Froggett Jul 2018
Bit further out of town but a nice walk or there is a regular bus service a few minutes away and worth it to have its own car parking space.
Mrs Bartlett Jun 2018
Delightful accommodation ideal for two and a great base for exploring this part of Cornwall
Mr Baker Jun 2018
Lovely Cottage and very spacious. Ideal for a family as the bathroom is in the downstairs bedroom. A 10 minute walk to the town/ beach / shops but quite a steep walk back (ideal to work off your cream tea !), bu that is the same of most places in St Ives.
The owner lives next door and is very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back to stay here again.
Miss Fisher Apr 2018
Really clean and comfortable property. Great location for being able to walk into St. Ives without being actually in the town where it is busy.
Mrs Webb Oct 2017
Charming cottage, very clean, comfortable and spacious. The visitor book tells the story, people keep going back and we will too. Couldn't think of anything negative to say. Its an excellent property.
Mrs Davison Aug 2017
A really peaceful, spacious and comfortable open plan holiday property.
Mr Tansley Jul 2017
Nice and spacious open plan living/dining area, easy to find and the advantage of free parking.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in St Ives The location and the quality of the flat contributed to our enjoyment. The flat also benefits from excellent WiFi and onsite parking.
Mr Cahill May 2017
Gillan cottage is a very spacious, clean n well equiped holiday home. Location is good but the walk too and from town is very steep. There is a bus route through out the day.

Thank you for your comments. We are glad to hear that you liked Gillan Cottage. Sitting above the town, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk in; it does involve an uphill walk back to the property after a day at one of the stunning beaches of St Ives. The walk may not be suitable for everyone, but for those that are not so keen on the walk, there is a bus service that runs most of the year, from the leisure centre that is a short stroll from the property. Tanya, Customer Services.
Good location, easy to find and free car parking. Regular and inexpensive bus service into town only 5 minutes walk away if you don't fancy the walk up and down the hill.
Mrs Bartlett Apr 2016
Booking and payment process was straightforward. Pick up of keys couldn't have been simpler and quicker. Very friendly staff. Property exactly as described. Very well equipped and comfortable. It was great to have a parking space.
Mrs Hughes Oct 2015
Pleasant location and apartment with fantastic view.
Mr Pattison Aug 2015
Beautiful cottage and perfect location to walk into st Ives. This was our first family holiday and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. Cottage was beautiful and clean with amazing sea views.
Miss Monks Jun 2015
Spacious and bright, off road parking, not far from town centre.
Mrs Bartlett May 2015
We had a delightful stay in a well situated, spacious, one-bedroom cottage. Great value. Easily accessible by road with parking. Highly recommended for couples staying in St. Ives.
Mr Green Apr 2015
A wonderful New Years stay at Gillan Cottage! Perfectly located at the top of the town, with great views out to sea.
Ms Shroder Jan 2015
Lovely cottage and location but not for those who don't like hills.

We are delighted to hear that you liked the property and where it is located. It is a bit of a steep walk up to the property from the town and beaches, though we like to think, (and it sounds like you agree) worth it when you get there! Tanya, Customer Services
