Excellent modern property with all the equipment required for a holiday stay, also has a designated car parking bay within the complex. Excellent location, it’s a 5 minute walk into the main part of St Ives and it’s beautiful beaches, hilly position make make it unsuitable for some people,(although St Ives is a hilly area generally). Would highly recommend this property. The entire process of booking, key collection etc was easy.

I have just returned back from a 5 night stay at 7 Cordyline Croft. We had a fantastic holiday made even more special because the apartment was so lovely. The rooms were spacious and airy. It was decorated to a high standard and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We absolutely loved it!
St. Ives centre is about 5-10 walk downhill but you may need extra time to take photos of the stunning views en route! I would just mention that the return journey back to the apartment is quite hilly and would be a struggle for anyone with mobility issues. However, we discovered that a local taxi service can take you to and from the beaches for approx £5 - which we took advantage of on the days we were laden with beach equipment, after heading over to Porthmeor beach.
Overall, an absolute gem of an apartment that I would happily recommend to others.
Mrs Kaszczak Sep 2020
Very happy with the property! It was very clean, modern, and offered enough space for the five of us. Separate space for eating, cooking and relaxing both inside and out. The trundle bed in the second bedroom was also a good size so meant all three children slept well. Would definitely return... location was good, and forced us to exercise daily by walking up and down the hill which was great! Obviously not ideal for people who struggle to walk up hills. Brilliant knowing we had sole use of a parking space for with no issues of being blocked in. Would have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you

We were very pleased with Cordyline Court. It was very tastefully decorated & furnished & well-appointed. The apartment was very well-located a short distance from Porthminster beach and St Ives town centre. The apartment has its own parking space which is a real boon in St Ives. The only downside in our opinion was the limited hanging/clothes storage space in the main bedroom. On the hole would highly recommend.
Ms Knox Aug 2019
If you want space and comfort plus a quite pleasant place to stay this property is ideal. You are quickly into the main town area or on to Porthminster beach. The outside area is a real bonus for breakfasts or an evening bask in the late sun.
Mr Bradley Jul 2019
A spacious, well equipped apartment in a quiet location with excellent access for in or out of the town. A thoroughly relaxing venue.
Mr Bradley Oct 2018
An excelllent property that has been furnished tastefully and to a very high standard. Fab location and within easy walking distance of the town, can not fault at all and shall definitely recommend to family and friends, we cannot wait to return.
Mr Dean Jun 2018
The apartment served us very well and offered all we needed for a perfect stay with elderly relatives & children. Parking on site was a huge bonus and we would never book anywhere without it. Highly recommend the accommodation & location in beautiful St Ives.
