Wonderful holiday property The owners have thought of everything There was nothing we could fault The view is spectacular and I could look out of the window all day Spotless with the cleaning Be aware that there is a big hill to walk down to porthmeor beach and back up again We did get the bus back up £1.50 pp and they dropped us at the hairdressers at the top So that helped a lot The owners should be very proud of this property

August 2021

Loved Mary’s place. Has everything you could want from a property and ideal for two. The hill is steep but the view so worth it. Would definitely book again.

MARY`s PLACE....what can we say... well if you want a relaxing holiday with a view this is the property for you. Ideal for a couple to just relax and walk down into town which is 10mis away on foot...or 5mins £5 back in a TAXI.... The whole of the inside of the property is brand new in 2020 and all the equipment and fittings are of good quality. The parking is provided at the front of the property, you have 1 space the other is for the owner of the property, please note the space is for a smaller vehicle like a Golf not a big estate or 4x4. Great location - far enough out of town but close enough to walk in to it with great views.

Mary’s place is in a prime location, with outstanding views, very modern property and facilities, very homely feeling and good parking access

Good appliances, including a fantastic coffee machine, very small touches which make our stay fantastic including coffee for the machine and many products made available to help you through the first few days before you can access a shop

Very comfortable bed and also very nice showering faculties

You will not tire from the views at any stage during this stay

Very easy to access staff via telephone should they be needed during stay

The value for money at this place is outstanding, will definitely recommend to many people and also look to return ourselves in the future
