19 Piazza is a very quirky and retro beachside apartment, with absolutely stunning views over Porthmeor beach. You can nip straight to the beach, or within minutes you can be in the town centre. It is a top floor maisonette of a striking 1960s block of apartments, built on Porthmeor beach. The apartment has two balconies for you to enjoy. One facing East over the town, and the other facing West over the beach, so you can be guaranteed to make the most of the weather. The majority of the original 1960's fixtures and fittings are in place and the furniture also reflects this style.
The apartment is split over three floors and consists of two downstairs bedrooms and one bathroom. Entry level, open-plan living/kitchen/dining room with the balcony overlooking the beach. There is also a small mezzanine level which leads to the private balcony facing the harbour and the town - this can be a real sun trap! The apartment used to be owned by artist F.E.McWilliam, whose family still own the property today. They recently found out that David Bowie held some of his artwork in his own private collection!
