Lovely quaint cottage, in super location. Spoilt by by very very noisy neighbours, which at times sounded like they were in the same property as us, minus the carpets..

We are so sorry to hear that you experienced a lot of noise from neighbours. This isn't something that we have had feedback on in previous years of letting this property, so we will closely monitor this going forward. Thank you for letting us know, and we are sorry if this affected what otherwise sounded like a fantastic holiday. Tanya, Customer Services

For - Good location with seaviews. Very handy for shops & harbour area. Against - Very poor shower with restricted access. Ants in the kitchen. Quite dark in places.

We were sorry to hear about the ants. Unfortunately no matter how clean and tidy a place is kept, they can and will still find their way in to properties sometimes, and had we been aware of this at the time of your stay, we would have popped straight over to get this sorted out for you and providing an extra clean. We are so sorry that we had not had the chance to do something to help. The shower is a standard electric shower, so the water pressure would certainly be less if you are used to a power shower, and it is fairly compact; we are sorry if that was not what had been expected from the photos and description, as we would always try to be as honest and open as we can be. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the fantastic location and hope that you otherwise enjoyed staying in this quirky, traditional fisherman's cottage. Tanya, Customer Services

Excellent location, very clean and would definitely go back

Sep 2018

A modestly sized and furnished house right by the harbour with a sea view. Some ceilings are very low. It is tricky to get to by car but is very handy for beaches, shops and restaurants.

Thank you for your comments and glad to hear that you enjoyed your time here. Being an old fishing village, some of the roads can be a bit of a squeeze, especially for larger vehicles; and there are a large number of traditional fishermans cottages in the town. They are packed full of character inside and out, but can be a little smaller and can have slightly quirky layouts, steeper stairs and lower ceiling heights than in more modern buildings. It is definitely an important consideration when booking a property like this. We always try to be as open and honest as possible, and try to give an accurate representation of properties within our photos and descriptions, so hope that we have achieved that in this case, but we will continue to monitor feedback. We hope that it suited all members of your party, and hope that you enjoyed everything that St Ives had to offer. Thank you for taking the time to send in your comments. Tanya, Customer Services.

3 Wheal Dream is an excellent location for the beaches and idea for the town .With lovely sea views the Grandchildren particularly liked sitting on the window seat. We loved the garden. Very well equipped and maintained.

Apr 2018

Fab location and the House was perfect.

Oct 2017

great views, great location, fantastic parking and comfy beds!

Jun 2017

A comfy traditional cottage in a great situation with sea views to the front. Also the added bonus of a garden with outdoor seating area, and a little bench to catch the last rays of the sun.

May 2017

We had a great week staying in the cottage. It is homely and in a great location for the local beaches and the town.

Sep 2015

Superb cottage in a fab location with the added bonus of a garage. Loved the fact that buckets spades and chairs to mention a few of the items in there for use by guests and save a fortune on items we would probably not take home anyway. Felt more like a home from home than a holiday cottage and we will definitely be returning.

Sep 2015

This cottage is in a excellent location , with lovely views out to sea, it's away from the hustle and bustle of st ives yet two mins walk away from the centre and there are a choice of three beaches on your doorstep
