The charming Starlight Cottage with its quaint, leafy garden, is the epitome of rustic, country character. As the tantalising flavours infuse, a culinary delight can gently roast in the Rayburn, while you sip a chilled glass of Cornish wine in the comfort of the conservatory, making the most of the drawn-out summer evenings. A million stars twinkle in the clear nights sky, the hot embers of the woodburner glow and at last, it's time to relax. On hot summer mornings, throw open the leaded windows and let the birdsong flow through, with the promise of fun filled days exploring ahead. Nestled within the village of Rosudgeon, beach dwellers, enthusiastic hikers and leisurely ramblers don't have to venture too far to enjoy the stretches of golden sands and magical hidden coves, or the wonders of the coastal path.
The breathtaking Prussia Cove for the more adventurous, Perranuthnoe Beach and Praa Sands are all only a short drive away and with the benefit of storage for surfboards or bikes, all the family are catered for. Accepting pets, you can spend many hours enjoying magnificent sunsets with your much loved four-legged member of the family. The ancient market town of Marazion and the incredibly picturesque St Michael's Mount are just a short distance away. Head in the opposite direction and you will be spoilt for choice with some of the finest eateries in Porthleven Harbour. In its semi-rural location, Starlight Cottage is located away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds and is an ideal base to make special memories and experience the beauty that is West Cornwall.
