Book

Accessed via its own private, electric gate, Miramar, Spanish for sea view, sits conveniently on St Ives Road in Carbis Bay and, once inside, feels like your own tranquil haven. This modern, detached house is set over three floors, each having spacious rooms with comfortable furnishings and stylish décor throughout. The multiple balconies afford breathtaking views, stretching out across Carbis Bay towards Godrevy Lighthouse, and the three miles of sand at Hayle beach, hence the name Miramar. Suitable for a large family or two smaller families, Miramar boasts four large bedrooms and an impressive five bath/shower rooms, along with two sitting rooms, ideal for larger gatherings, whether dining together, or getting competitive with a games night, as the sun goes down. It is well appointed throughout, from the superbly equipped kitchen, where you can cook up a storm, to sound bars in the sitting rooms and speakers dotted around the house with Google Assistant.

The outside space at the property has been well thought out, with multiple parking spaces to the front, and an ample garden to the rear, finished with a tiled area, complete with hot tub, there is also an external shower, and BBQ provided on the terrace. Miramar truly is a luxurious getaway and no expense has been spared, with your comfort in mind. The location is perfect for a stroll down to Carbis Bay beach, where you can sunbathe the day away, or hire beach equipment, or book a table for dinner without having to worry about taking the car. You are also minutes away from the local supermarket, for all your grocery needs, and the nearby train station is perfect for a scenic train ride, heading in and out of St Ives, along the stunning coastal path, which is also very popular with walkers.
