October 2021

Had a super holiday in this spotlessly clean, well-appointed and conveniently located house over-looking the harbour. Great place to explore the South Cornwall coastline and discover empty coves to swim in and spot seals and dolphins in the bay.

Holidays in Mevagissey

Stay in Mevagissey and you’ll be perfectly placed to explore all that the south coast of Cornwall has to offer. Take a ferry trip to Fowey, visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan or spend a day at the beach at the nearby Pentewan Sands.

Best known for its harbour and fishing boats, Mevagissey still boasts as being part of Cornwall’s thriving fishing industry. Fresh fish can even be bought from the hut on the harbour wall, located a short stroll from the village aquarium, once the lifeboat station. Wander around the harbour area, with its narrow streets, fascinating shops and galleries and recall its smuggling history, or just relax in the bars and restaurants and coves and on nearby beaches.

There is a ferry boat which runs from end of April to beginning of October from Mevagissey to Fowey three or four times a day (don’t miss the return journey!) – journey time about 35 minutes. You may be lucky and spot some playful dolphins!

Great location, clean and modern. Suited our needs as a couple perfectly.

Had a fabulous week at HipNautic. The house was spotlessly clean and very modern. The views of the harbour and coastline are stunning. The house is in a peaceful location looking down onto the harbour, but easy to walk down into town (slightly uphill coming back) or walk straight out onto the coastal paths. Lots of nice shops and places to eat in Mevagissey, and loads to do nearby. The neighbours were very friendly and suggested local walks to do. Top Tip: make sure you follow the directions from Aspects as there is only one way to get to the house - don't trust the satnav, it will send you down streets in Mevagissey that will lead you nowhere or get you stuck. A great place, would highly recommend.

Super holiday in Mevagissey . House was in fab location and was very well equipped . Would definitely stay with Aspects holidays again .

Spacious well equipped house, very clean, with every mod con you could think of. A great location for discovering the south Cornish coast with wonderful views across the harbour. We would definitely stay again.
