We had a lovely stay in late August and the sun shone for the majority of the week. We loved exploring Falmouth and the surrounding areas. We enjoyed getting the ferry to St Mawes. We hired kayaks from Falmouth water sports and had a great time kayaking around the estuary, saw some seals and had a lovely pit stop at the Pandora Inn for a drink whilst we were out on the kayaks. We ate out quite a few times in Falmouth. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Lovely local beaches. Trebah gardens were fantastic and worth a visit. So much still to explore in the area. The lobster pot was a good base for a family of 4. Nicely decorated, comfy and it had a real cottage feel to it. We loved the pink fridge and the lovely decor. Parking outside is limited, fine for a small car but we found parking easily enough on the main road.

Beautifully finished. Charming cottage which was welcoming and felt like home. Furnishings and decor were lovely and well thought out. Double bed was comfy, we slept really well.
Well kept garden and was an asset.. lots of plants and flowers and visiting birds. Secure for doggos but do keep an eye on them (as suggested in welcome pack) my little one managed to escape in to neighbours garden. Perfect as parking outside for our small car. Liked everything about this cottage - it was lovely. Highly recommend .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Lobster. Very comfortable well equipped cottage, and a perfect location with a short drive to the beaches.

A very nice, clean accommodation with nice garden. We stayed a week and found this was a good base for exploring many of Cornwall's attractions, most are reached within an hour. Parking is an issue if you have a large family car but you can usually find a spot on the main road. We would recommend Lazy Lobster for a nice getaway.

The lazy lobster was an amazing base for visiting the South Coast. Falmouth was just a short drive and Penryn has a few nice pubs takeaways and shops. Parking is a little difficult especially with a medium to large car however we always managed to find somewhere safe to park and walk back. We experied a few teathing problems as it was a newly renovated property but these were dealt with very professionally and timely. We would happily return to this property in the future.

We had a lovely time at the Lazy Lobster, I would highly recommend it to anyone, looking for a convenient , comfortable stay in Cornwall . We were a a family of 4 with a dog and it was perfect for us..
