Pros: The property is even better than it looks in the pictures- it’s spacious, stylish and the view is phenomenal. Maz downstairs was unobtrusive but extremely helpful when needed. Convenient location, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of town. Parking was 3 mins walk away. A little general noise from the restaurants etc but nothing problematic. Fantastic, can’t recommend it highly enough. Cons: Only very tiny, minor niggles- bin instructions were a little unclear but confusion cleared up very swiftly by text. Shower head is at a fixed low height- made showers a bit tricky for my husband (6ft3). These are really minor complaints though- overall the property is fantastic.

August 2021

Lovely views of harbour Great to have parking space Beautiful space to get away thing for all the family to do. Will book again

Excellent week away. Central location which was great for access to the harbour and train station and we walked everywhere too. Accommodation was warm and cosy and an excellent service from Aspect Holidays. Definitely use them again.

We loved this flat and could sit and watch the view of the harbour all day! The binoculars conveniently left on the windowsill were an excellent addition! The location was perfect for us, right in the heart of Falmouth and we really appreciated the (very tight) parking space close by. If you're visiting Falmouth and not exploring further afield as we were, you could park and walk to restaurants, shops, the beaches and Pendennis Point without getting into your car until you leave!

The flat itself is light and airy, well decorated and has everything you need - except for a microwave which would have been useful - you won't want to leave! Being able to bring the dog was essential for us and there is a small park just up Swanpool Street, a couple of minutes walk from the flat. We will be back!
