We have used Aspects for many many years, and are booked for 2020. Highly recommend, would not use other agencies
Mrs Dodd Dec 2019
We loved 3 St Nicholas Court. Unbeatable location, spotlessly clean, fabulous views, spacious and comfortable and on-site parking. It had everything we wanted and we hope to be back
Mrs Hall Nov 2019
Have been coming down to St Ives for over 50 years, used to be once possibly twice a year, since retirement more. There is something about St Ives that takes you right in the moment you see the harbour. It says hello - got ya, then you are hooked. That together with the freindliness of the staff of Aspects you have a perfect holiday regardless of whatever the weather does.
It is a magical place and one that is in my heart.
Mrs Dodd Sep 2019
I would always be happy to recommend "Aspects" and no.3 to family and friends who were looking to stay in Cornwall, as I have done in the past !
Mr Rudd Jul 2019
Very nicely situated spacious apartment. Well equiped. Could perhaps be due for an update now.

Thank you for your comments; we are glad to hear that you enjoyed 3 St Nicholas Court. We aim to offer a wide range of properties that we hope will meet the different tastes, budgets, needs and requirements of individuals. The owners of 3 St Nicholas Court like to offer a comfortable, homely, well maintained apartment that is different to the style of many other holiday lets. We appreciate that the style of decor may not be to everyone's taste, so we try to show this as clearly as possible within the photos, and we hope that it was everything that you had expected from viewing these. Thanks again for your feedback. Tanya, Customer Services
Once again we have had an easy and relaxing stay. We are always so pleased when we collect the keys and take up residency. The stay was way too short !
Mr Rudd Apr 2019
We had a wondeful time staying at 3 St Nicholas Court. Everything we needed was provided and the location was excellent. Would very happily stay here again. X
Mrs Connor Apr 2019
We very much enjoyed our stay at 3 St Nicholas Court.. The flat was nice and light and airy
and exceptionally well placed for visiting both town centre shops and restaurants and Porthmeor
Beach. My wife has vascular difficulties and as 3 St Nicholas Court is situate off the entrance
courtyard No external steps to fall down and No internal stairs to fall down - it is one of the safest
flats we have stayed in. Subject to price and availability we will return to no. 3 again.
Mr Brown Mar 2019
Spacious and well equipped apartment right on Porthmeor beach, and only a few minutes walk to the harbour, with views of the beach and sea from the balcony.
Mrs Smit Mar 2019
We have stayed so many times in St Ives and Carbis Bay with Aspects and in our opinion no other company comes up to the same standards as Aspects Holidays. If you are ever lucky enough to be able to book No 3 St Nicholas Court you will not be disappointed. Perfect accommodation and location
Mrs Dodd Dec 2018
Our favourite place to stay in St. Ives, we say this after visiting ST. Ives since the 1960s.
Mr Rudd Oct 2018
Liked the location, security, ambience, ease of exploring and eating out in St Ives, great for the Island, Portgwidden and Porthmeor. Pristine clean, warm bathroom, very well equipped and easy to read instructions. Lovely balcony and views. We both felt that the parking needs addressing or at least mentioning in a much more realistic way. We did feel the bedding/beds needed addressing and convectors in bedrooms would be more comfortable.

Thank you for your comments; we are glad that you liked this property. It's certainly a fantastic location, right on Porthmeor Beach. We are sorry to hear that the mattress, pillows and duvets were not to your preference. Things like this can be quite tricky to get right; finding something that will suit everyone is always a bit of a challenge, but we will monitor comments to keep an eye on this over the coming months, so thank you for bringing that to our attention. We are so sorry for the problems that you had with the parking. Whilst we state the sizes of the space on the website; we couldn't have accounted for others parking partially across your allocated bay that week. We appreciate that this would have made it impossible to use that space, and I hope that the alternative space that we arranged for you worked out ok. Tanya, Customer Services
We have visited St. Nicholas Court on many occasions, over the years, and have stayed in seven or eight different properties. All have been of a similar high standard and equipment. But for us our favourite must be no. 3. It simply ticks all of the boxes!
Mr Rudd Apr 2018
Our second stay here and had a wonderful week. The flat is perfect for what we need...ground floor for buggy assess, huge flat for 3 year old to run around in, right on the beach with amazing views. We will definitely be visiting again next year
Miss Beattie Nov 2017
No.3 is a spacious and well appointed property. It is ideally positioned for the beach plus local amenitys. A great place to stay!
Mr Rudd Oct 2017
Although not decorated in the usual white and blue as other properties we've stayed in it was still lovely. The flat is much bigger than expected with ample room for the 3 of us. Very comfy, and cosy in the evenings, kitchen well equipped. Excellent location and beautiful view, my mother has a bad hip so it was great we were on the ground floor in a one level flat. We will definitely be booking this property for our next visit to St Ives
Miss Beattie Oct 2016
Great apartment, very well equipped, fantastic location, lovey and open! May look a little dated but very practical and comfy, perfect week away!! X x
