Aspects Holidays was established in St Ives in 1989. Through offering great customer service, our aim was to become the best holiday letting agency in town. Since then, self catering has evolved but through continually striving to be the best, we have grown to become one of Cornwall’s market leaders.

We have always had a passion for where we live and what we do, and a mission to provide a service that’s second to none. For owners, this means maximizing the bookings and revenue from their property while minimising the administration and operational burden. For guests, this means finding them the right property using our in-depth local knowledge and making the process from booking to arrival as easy as possible. Whether you already own a holiday home or are considering investing in one, we can guide you every step of the way. From advice and support on a refurbishment to simply needing some help sourcing a housekeeper, our fully flexible service means that we can help with as much or as little as you need.

Our offices

St Ives

Located right on the harbour, this stylish office generates a lot of new custom from holiday-makers who drop in to pick up our brochure, view our properties online and talk to us face-to-face about their requirements. And, because owners find it handy to speak to someone in person, you will usually find a member of our Property Support Team here as well.

Our second St Ives office is located in St Nicholas Court. Its central location allows the Property Support Team based here to deal with any maintenance issues quickly and easily.


In a prominent position close to the seafront, this office is another great source of new guests for us. Providing fully managed support to our properties across West Cornwall, you’ll often find one of our Property Managers here too.


Situated on a main street in the middle of Cornwall’s busiest tourist town, this office serves as a busy shopfront for customer enquiries, while its central position makes an ideal base for our operations in the area.


Our head office in Hayle is the hub of our business, from where our bookings, customer service, accounts, housekeeping and marketing teams operate. Situated just off the A30, it also provides a convenient location for guests to collect their keys.


Situated just a short walk from Crooklets beach at 2 Flexbury park, our largest showroom office provides local owners with a close point of contact and offers a convenient location for guests to pick up keys when staying in the area.


Our Mevaiggsey office, located just moments from the harbour front in this busy fishing port, is the most recent addition, and gives us a presence along the south coast; an area which is growing in popularity.
