from the hallway a doorway leads into a good sized sitting room with sofa and arm chair, feature fireplace, TV with integral DVD, patio doors into the conservatory which has an extending dining table and 4 chairs (further chairs are available from the dining area). The conservatory offers additional light and airy living space and overlooks the garden.

Kitchen/dining area:

separate from the sitting room is a small but well equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, and built in fridge and small freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with round table and four chairs, patio doors lead out to the conservatory. Utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Shower room:

downstairs shower room with double walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin, heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1:

stairs from the hallway lead up to the first landing and bedrooms. Double bed, built in cupboard. En suite shower room with WC and basin. Stripped wood floors.

Bedroom 2:

bunk beds, small wardrobe. Stripped wood floors.

Bedroom 3:

double bed, built in cupboard, wooden cot provided, stripped wood floor.

Outside area:

to the front of the property is a sloping lawned garden with pathway to the house. To the rear of the house is a fully enclosed lawned garden with rotary washing line and patio chairs.
