The property has recently been renovated and tastefully decorated in a relaxed coastal style retaining its original character charm whilst including all the creature comforts for a stress free family holiday. Located in a quiet area of St Ives yet under 5 minutes' walk to the beach, Gwithians Reach enjoys magnificent views over St Ives Bay and the distant Godrevy lighthouse. Its the perfect place for a getaway whatever the season.

handmade painted kitchen with Smeg electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and espresso machine. Dining area to seat six with TV.

Utility room:

washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. 

Sitting room/conservatory:

spectacular views across St Ives bay. Original character features and wood floor. Log burner, TV, Playstation/DVD, Wifi, iPod dock/speaker, books and games. French doors to the decked terrace and garden.

Master bedroom:

king size bed and panoramic views across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse. 

Bedroom 2:

double bed and an en suite shower room with WC & wash hand basin. 

Bedroom 3:

3ft bunk beds with a cot also available. 

Bathroom:

bath with shower over, basin and WC. 

Outdoor area:

rear decked terrace with table and chairs. Gated steps down to the private garden and outside shower. Gas BBQ and large storage shed.

Additional information:

towels provided, private off-road parking for two cars, Friday-Friday changeover from 4th November to 23rd March.
