We stay at St Nicholas Court every year due to close proximity to the beaches and car parking! This was our first stay at No.45 and it didn't disappoint. The apartment was spacious, light and clean. Good size bedrooms and two W/Cs which is a bonus for our large family. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery. We hope to stay here again soon, thank you.

We know how important honest reviews are when it comes to booking your holiday. To help you choose the right property for you, we publish all reviews left by guests who have stayed here in the past, with the few exceptions stated in our Review Guidelines. Please bear in mind that some facilities referred to by past guests in reviews can be removed or changed at any time.

The location of number 45 is what you're paying for. The apartment is very spacious and good for families or bigger groups. Number 45 could, however, do with a major upgrade and renovation. The cleanliness was okay, but could do with checking over in places. If you book here, don't expect a TV in the living room unless this is upgraded. We managed without but appreciate families might want one in the evenings. The parking space is very tight to get into so be prepared to unload your luggage elsewhere before parking.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We were pleased to see that you found the property to be spacious for your party size and that you were able to take advantage of the property's amazing location, with Porthmeor beach being moments away.

We were very sorry to see that there were some areas of the property where you felt it could do with some attention, both with regards to cleaning and maintenance, though we really do appreciate your feedback about this, which has been forwarded over to the property owners and their housekeepers for all to consider, hopefully none of these things impacted too much on the enjoyment of your stay. We will also be keeping an eye on feedback regarding the television - to make sure there are no problems here.

The parking spaces in St Nicholas Court can be a little tight at times depending on the size of your car, which is why we detail the dimensions within the website description, but we are sure you'll agree that having a guaranteed parking space right in the heart of the town is such a bonus! Hopefully, it won't be long before you're back again in the future. Ben, Customer Services.

The flat was absolutely perfect for our stay. A good amount of space, the balcony was so lovely to have a coffee on in the morning, a perfect location, good wi-fi for those working from home and really clean. Oh and free parking in a dedicated spot is unheard of in St Ives!

Beautiful location , parking a welcome bonus .

We stayed at 45 St Nicholas court for a week in February . I had read a review that said it was dirty which was 3 years old , we found it clean .It had everything needed for 6 people although there were only 2 of us.Very happy with the amount of crockery & glasses & also a dishwasher was very useful . It is walking distance to anywhere in St Ives. The car parking spaces are very tight but we managed. Would recommend it to anyone ,would be good for a family as very near to the beach. We had a wonderful week there .
