My family and I loved our stay at this cottage. This cottage was very comfortable and cosy. There was a wine and shortbread cookies waiting for us. And we were also able to use the wanshing machine and dishwasher! It was also close to everything, St. Ives, Penzance, Land’s End. The kids enjoyed their stay especially using the hot tub. Will definitely book again!

February 2024

We absolutely loved our stay at goose cottage and we will certainly be returning. The cottage was homely, comfortable and we felt nothing but relaxed. The cottage was lovely and clean and it had additional comforts such as blankets to snuggle up with. The cottage was so cosy and warm with the electric radiators in each room and we even made the most of using the wood burner in the living room which made the winter nights even nicer. We arrived and there was milk in the fridge, a bottle of wine on the table and a packet of Cornish shortbread which was a wonderful touch, along with tea & coffee. There were fluffy warm towels on our beds to use which saved us needing to use our own. The perfect touch I must say was that the hot tub was all ready when we arrived, we used this every day even when it was cold and miserable outside, I would advise anyone else staying to bring their flip flops as you do have to walk across some stones to get to it. There isn’t a parking space at the property but there was plenty of off road parking right outside which causes us no hassle. The village is small and quaint, but you are only about a 10 minute drive to Hayle and then about 15/20 minutes drive to St Ives. I would strongly recommend anyone wanting a peaceful break to stay here, you’ll have the most relaxing time, we didn’t want to leave.

We enjoyed our stay at Goose Cottage. The back garden and views from it were lovely. It was a place we looked forward to returning after our days out. The cottage is cosy and has been tastefully decorated. We wondered whether we would have any problems parking as when we enquired we were told there was no off road parking with the property. We didn't have any problems. We managed to get parked on thd road, near the property every day.
