What a simply stunning apartment, beautifully decorated and furnished. The views are in our opinion the best in St Ives, bathed in sunshine pretty much the whole day (if you’re lucky) with all the comings and goings of the busy harbour to entertain you from the comfort of the apartment. We have already booked to come back!

Great spot for a relaxing break. Even though the weather wasn’t great it was lovely to sit and watch the tide come in and out . This property was close to everything , would definitely stay again.

Our second stay in this beautiful stylish apartment. It’s very comfortable and warm (in winter). Cosy bedrooms and spacious sitting area. Wonderful views over the Wharf and Harbour and beyond. We loved watching the gulls and the jackdaws on the roofs and the chimney pots. Hoping we are able to make yet another visit.

A beautiful apartment with a spectacular view across the Harbour. The weather was wonderful for the week but we could always sit and watch the world go by if there were any rainy days.

Amazing flat, one of the best we have stayed in on The Wharf. Loved the open kitchen, everything was so clean and comfortable. So useful having the courtyard for beach storage Will definitely return here.

Number 4 Sunnyside Apartments is our "bolt hole" .. we absolutely love it there ... The view is amazing and there is always so something to watch in the harbour. Warm and cosy and absolutely everything is in the apartment to help you enjoy your stay...... Will definitely be back as soon as we can

A beautiful and excellently maintained apartment. The views are absolutely stunning and took our breath away. We were fortunate to have a very sunny week and saw wonderful sunrises and sets and the St Ives light gave us sparkling turquoise waters. We spent hours watching the comings and goings of the harbour. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful flat with amazing views of the sea and sky and fantastic light. It wouldn't have been difficult to sit looking out of the windows for all of our five days stay. There was always something of interest going on at the harbour beach - dogs, swimmers, boats, gulls and small children. We were so fortunate to have five days of sunshine in February, but in any kind of weather, this flat would still be wonderful.
It was warm and comfortable and well designed with a peaceful ambience and at the Aspects office, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Fabulous February! A week of big suns, big moons, big tides. Apartment 4 is ideally situated to view the winter sunrise, and we were privileged to witness beautiful dawnings of the day and the rising of the sun, with such an unobstructed view. There is one big big problem with 4 Sunnyside - we really don't want to stay anywhere else! The apartment is gorgeous, we appreciate the investment the owners continue to make, the apartment having been newly decorated, the modern kitchen, bathroom, central heating system. We love the beautiful internal doors, and colour and light, not to mention the interesting extensive views, watching the tide, and the comings and goings of the fishermen, hearing the lapping of the waves almost underneath. Thank you very much for another wonderful week in Sunnyside Apartment 4.

Spacious, clean everythink you need, even a decent set of knives. Excellent location, views , comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Nice communial courtyard to keep beach gear and outdoor shower.

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment. Very near to the Island car park and with amazing views over the harbour! We enjoyed watching the sunrise standing on the balcony, and seeing the seals pop their heads up in the water opposite. We loved the huge open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a gorgeous apartment, in the heart of town with the best views in st Ives.

We had a lovely week at the sunnyside apartment 4. We loved the apartment from the moment we walked in. It is absolutely bright, spaceous and very clean. The harbour and sea views are stunning. The apartment is perfectly located in town at the wharf, just a view steps to all the beautifull shops, bars and restaurants. There is all that you need in the kitchen und the furnishings and decorations are just lovely. I would recommend this place very much.

Flat 4 Sunnyside is very well maintained and has an excellent view. We're already looking to book for next year.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday in St Ives where we stayed in Sunnyside Apartment 4. The apartment overlooked the harbour and the view was absolutely magnificent.

The apartment was very well equipped and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. The outside shower was especially useful for washing feet and bodyboards after a day on one of the many amazing beaches on its doorstep.

The service from Aspect holidays was second to none and the friendly and professional staff called us promptly to let us know our son had left two teddies, so we could collect them before we left St Ives.

The overall experience was 5 star and we couldn’t have been happier - we definitely plan to stay again!!

This is a beautiful apartment with stunning views of the harbour area. It is very well equipped with top quality bedding, seating and kitchen equipment. Situated at the quieter end of the Wharf you have the convenience of beaches, shops and restaurants on your doorstep whilst being away from the busier areas of St Ives. There were three adults in our party and we never felt short of space.

Beautifully presented and tastefully furnished with quality furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is high quality with an overhead shower. Beds are comfy. Excellent heating system that can be adjusted for each room individually. The view is amazing and you can spend hours on end just watching the activity in the harbour, a truly relaxing place. This was our second time at Sunnyside 4 and it definitely will not be the last.

This is our 2nd stay at this apartment & once more everything was perfect. We love sitting in the living room watching the world go by & the stunning view of the harbour. No matter what the weather this apartments great location & comfortable furnishings make it a great holiday.

An excellent property for an out of season winter break. The view across the harbour is simply stunning and especially on sunny winter days. The lounge with outdoor balcony ( a welcome first floor viewpoint ) gets full sunlight throughout the day, even in January. Highly recommended

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and contained absolutely everything you could need ... The view is breathtaking and we will definitely be back.... Didn't want to leave... Literally a stones throw from the beach and the restaurants, shops and galleries right on your doorstep... Just perfect ??

A lovely apartment, a real home from home with all mod cons and everything you could possibly need for a family holiday.

When we walked in the view from the front window overlooking the bay stunned us it was so beautiful and it continued to take our breath away all week.

When we arrived there was a lot of seagull poop on the right hand side window, we were a bit cross, but we cleaned it as all the stuff we needed was available, within 20 minutes of cleaning it, it got pooped on again this made us laugh, we didn't clean it off again but no more birds pooped on it after that, So I guess it wasn't worth being cross about it is just part of being in such a beautiful place by the sea.

We had a fabulous week, the apartment was a warm, bright and well equipped base from which to enjoy our holiday but it was also so comfortable that we didn't mind when it rained (and it did)!! . and we had to stay in and watch the world go by across the bay.

What a fabulous apartment. The view is very hard to beat, and I've been fortunate enough to have seen a lot of the alternatives! The location is ideal, being a short distance away from the main shopping area, it stays fairly quiet without feeling disconnected from the magic of St Ives. The accommodation is top-notch too, really tastefully furnished, with quality fixtures and fittings in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a great selection of cooking and eating equipment, but why would you need them when you're surrounded by great restaurants? My top tip is that you'll need to be a little flexible when it comes to unloading on arrival (and loading when the inevitable all-too-soon time to leave comes). I recommend trying to park on Smeatons Pier and carrying your luggage the short distance to the apartment. For long-stay parking, Barnoon car park (near the Tate) is the most likely to have places, and is only a 5 minute brisk walk away, the nearby Island car park gets really busy and is fairly small. We very rarely consider booking the same accommodation twice, but we will certainly be talking to Aspects very soon about a return visit to Sunnyside 4.

4 Sunnyside Apartment exceeded our expectations. It is a spotlessly clean modern bright and beautifully decorated apartment with amazing views of the harbour. You do not need to leave the apartment and can just sit there and watch the tide come in and out. We loved the well equipped modern kitchen and the bathroom and bedrooms are beautiful. We had a wonderful winter break in this accommodation in magical St Ives and cannot wait to return.

We loved virtually everything about this apartment. The location overlooking the harbour and other beaches was stunning. We didn't feel the need to go out all the time. Proximity to beaches, bars and shops was perfect. The large, airy lounge and dining area created a relaxed, cosy ambience. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could need, while the TV had Netflix, BBC iPlayer, Amazon Prime, etc. Perfect for nights in while the children were in bed. All the beds were so comfy, we all slept so well. The water spray outside was very useful to hose down wetsuits, shoes, etc to avoid taking sand into the apartment. Tip: we recommend you download the JustPark app in advance and park on Smeatons Pier - unloading your car from there rather than outside the apartment. Less stressful due to very tight space on Back Road East. Best long term car park is Trenwith at the top of the town as you can come and go with ease, then cut through town to walk to the apartment. St Ives is not a town for cars! Also, full marks to Aspects Holidays staff. They were all so friendly, attentive, helpful and human! Can't recommend their service highly enough. This type of warm, personal service seems to be rarity these days, but has ensured we'll definitely book with them again and have already recommended them to several of our friends. We can't wait to go back.

What a fantastic spot - great views and whilst being in the thick of things it never felt noisy. Sitting looking out over the harbour beach with a coffee - what a treat! We’ll be back.

We have been coming to St.IVES for many years and this apartment we think is probably the best we have stayed in. When we arrived at the front door, we could see the view through the glass and it was a wow! Location cannot be beaten. Everything on your doorstep with great restaurants. The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard with everything you might need. No more to be said!

This apartment is a little gem.Have stayed in many places around St ives and can say this place is the best. A view of the harbour to die for. The apartment has everything you could need. We parked on Smeatons Pier and could see the car from the windows a two minute walk away.

Sunny side apartment 4 comes highly recommended. It is in a wonderful location with stunning views of the harbour. The apartment is cleaned to a high standard, the kitchen is well equipped and the furnishings are modern and comfortable. The bathroom is superb. Plenty of hot water and a lovely shower. Will definitely book again next year.

Sunnyside apartment 4 is in a fantastic location with panoramic views over the harbour and town. Superbly equipped. We have visited St. Ives twice a year for almost 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed in. Already booked to return in 2018.
