Apartment 2 Sunnyside was a comfortable, warm flat with views over the roofs to the harbour and along to the wharf. Lots of entertaining bird life which we enjoyed. There were two good sized bedrooms which gave us plenty of space and a separate kitchen which had everything we needed.

Had a lovely stay at Sunnyside Apartments number 2. Very well appointed apartment, scrupulously clean and inviting.Plenty of room, comfortable beds, good bathroom, good cooking/ self catering facilities all round. The location was perfect, good view over the harbour, convenient for the shops, bars and restaurants and all beaches. Nothing negative to say….really….floors are a bit creaky which may bother some guests but we were not unduly disturbed by this. Parties with” small running about children “ may be.

Sunnyside 2 apartment is ideally placed for a wonderful view of the harbour. An added bonus of everything being on one floor.

Super communication with Aspect, telephonically and via email, prompt and helpful. The property fitted our requirements exactly, it matched the description and the photos were spot on.

Lovely cottage in an amazing location. All on one level, so great for pushchairs etc. Cottage has everything you need from cooking appliances and equipment, also selection of beach equipment to borrow. Would be amazing if had a parking space though!

Apartment in lovely convenient location with good views of the harbour. All on one level with no stairs to climb and located at the quieter end of the harbour so not disturbed at night. Very clean and comfortable with good facilities.

Lovely apartment, all ground level. View is amazing, everything you need for your stay eg washer. Comfy beds and sofas. Perfect for young families as no stairs.

For all it’s not the most modern of apartments kitchen and bathroom wise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 2 Sunnyside Apartment. Its location is spot on and no steps to access were a bonus due to having a pram. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The long hallway was a bonus, again with a pram and the many coat hooks were extremely handy. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfy. The views from the living room and front bedroom are stunning. We felt like we were sat in the harbour. We will definitely be booking again

Excellent location, very close to the Harbour front, and beach access. This was our second stay here Basic but comfortable.... Great view from the lounge over the rooftop in front. Restaurants close by ........

We had an absolute fantastic stay at Sunnyside Apartment 2. It was spotlessly clean, great size rooms, very comfy beds, had everything you could need, we felt very at home! We are a family of 2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child & 1 toddler & we found the apartment plenty spacious! Everything about the apartment exceeded our expectations and I think the photos on the website do not do the size of the apartment justice. We would recommend 100% and would love to stay here again!

Really enjoyed out short stay. Great views - we loved sitting and watching the comings and goings at the harbour. Good central location, which was quiet. Aware of the people walking about upstairs, but we're not used to apartment-living. Nice and clean. Liked that the key is left in a lock-up box on the front door. Aspects always helpful.

Lovely apartment with amazing view. Quiet location with everything you need, lovely comfortable beds. Easy ground floor access great for bringing luggage in or even small children. Regularly maintained in area as you go in seen a man there twice sweeping the sand, watering the plants and washing the patio area down. Perfect View.

Love staying at this apartment with easy access to all beaches and the wharf and great views. We were also very lucky to enjoy beautiful weather and sunshine in March! Thank you again Aspects Holidays.

Both myself and my friend absolutely loved the apartment....the views, the closeness to all the beaches, shops & facilities & the fact that both bedrooms had double beds. I think you may find it a little snug if four people stayed, but for two of us it was fabulous.

We had a one week stay in August and the apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. Location was amazing and we had a great time people watching! Although some reviews said it was small we didn’t find that all and both bedrooms had lots of space! We particularly enjoyed the family of seagulls outside our bedroom window!! The perfect stay in the perfect apartment….Thankyou ??

Great location. We have a 6 month old and it was so easy to get in and out of the apartment and into town. It was a decent size as well as we could leave our buggy in the hall however might be a bit small for 4 adults. It was amazingly clean as well.

We had an excellent stay at Sunnyside Apartment 2. It was very comfortable for four adults and the location couldn’t be better. It was the perfect spot to explore St Ives from.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside 2. St Ives provides so much in terms of harbour, boats, several beaches and buzzy shops and cafes, plus Tate and Hepworth galleries. The light is beautiful and we had a sunshine week in October! Sunnyside 2 - absolutely great- amazing views of the harbour with no hilly walks. Centrally placed but peaceful - wonderful location. Flat warm, plenty of hot water and bedrooms spacious and fresh. There is one settee and one pouffe type chair in the living room - so if there are four of you someone will have to sit on a dining chair - but maybe you will spend evenings out -or the kids won’t mind! We were just a couple but would have appreciated a comfy window chair for boat, sea, bird, people watching. Otherwise ENTIRELY happy and will be looking to return and thoroughly recommend this apartment. Booking was easy through Aspects holidays. They kept in contact and were ready to answer any queries we had and were cheerful and positive.

SunnySide Apartment 2 is a small but very well located flat that is wonderful for 2 people and ok for 4 but you are a little pushed for space. As it is the lowest down apartment in the building, your view is slightly hampered by the roof of the building in front but you can still see the Sea and the buildings beyond. The initial drop off of luggage etc can be a bit challenging as the streets are extremely tight and there is no where to park when dropping the kit off but the Island Car park is not far away and we were very lucky to find a space on a Friday evening! (Did not move the car all week!). The apartment itself was very clean, Bedrooms were lovely and it was a great place to relax after a days walking/exploring. The TV was very small but functioned well and the broadband was fine with only a few interruptions in service. The shower was hot and the bathroom was nicely decorated and very clean. The Kitchen had an old world charm and the living room was nice but a little small for 4 Adults. Overall, a great base for exploring St Ives, Carbis Bay etc

A PERFECT APARTMENT WITH STUNNING VIEWS. WE LOVED THE CENTRAL LOCATION. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE--FOR TWO PEOPLE WE FOUND IT PERFECT IN EVERY WAY AND WILL CERTAINLY RETURN!
