Our fourth stay at the Cuddy. We really love this cosy and excellently located cottage.

We had a very enjoyable stay at The Cuddy. The convenience of the position is great. Just a step from the sea and very close to all necessary amenities. The property was clean, bright, well equipped and comfortable. Anyone with mobility issues may find getting up to the front door a challenge.

We had a brilliant stay at the Cuddy, the location was handy to walk into town.

The Cuddy is in an exceptional location and is surprisingly spacious inside. The kitchen is large and has all the core equipment provided. The washer doesn't dry, but there is a dehumidifier which wet clothes can be placed next to which will assist the drying.

Lots of space to hang coats by the door and a rail for drying wetsuits on the porch.

Beds were comfy and plenty of room for us as a family of 4.

Had a lovely time at the cuddy and would stay again.

A great property in an amazing location. You can hear and feel the sea at high tide which is a highlight. The property has everything we needed and beds were comfy. Thank you.

The Cuddy is a lovely, comfortable and well equipped holiday cottage. We appreciated the good size of this property. The central location is very convenient.

We would definitely book again BUT other accommodation with a delightful sea view has won us over for our next St Ives visit…………..apologies to The Cuddy!

The Cuddy. A few(steep) steps takes you into the accommodation,which is all on one level when you get inside. 1 double bedroom & 1 with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms. Very spacious lounge & kitchen. Excellent location. Close to everything. Stayed before,Loved it this time & Already provisionally booked for next year!!

We enjoyed our first stay at The Cuddy. The property is so handy for the beaches, harbour, shops, busses, trains and supermarket etc. We found the property to be very clean and well appointed.

We love The Cuddy and have stayed there several times now. Booked a week for 2024 already. It is a cosy property and generally well equipped. Good location in St Ives.

Loved staying at The Cuddy, all on one floor although near St Ives centre it was quiet. Would definitely stay here again, only one slight problem were that the steps into the property are quite steep. But it was a lovely property, and would highly recommend.

The Cuddy is a delightful cottage in a great central location - so central that there were never any hills to walk up! It was very comfortable (there were 2 of us) and it had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the benches outside the st Ives arts centre ( just a few metres from the Cuddy front door) with a cup of tea and watching the sun rise. Only downside of it being so central is being woken up a few times with noisy people outside late at night but we had our bedroom window open as it was warm. On the plus side, was lovely hearing the waves. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The cuddy is a lovely cosy little house with a fantastic location close to the beaches and shops of st Ives

The Cuddy is very well presented, clean and comfortable. Porthminster beach is 5 mins walk and the town about the same. 50 metres away is a local cafe serving good coffee and cakes. Parking could be an issue, however register with Cornwall Council and purchase a St Ives Group permit. It gives access to 3 car parks in the area for the price. It is also cheaper. You can drive right up to the front door to unload and pack up the car. Perhaps the only thing missing was views from the property.

The Cuddy is really good for a family with no mobility issues as it's so near all amenities

Lovely apartment, clean, well decorated, well equipped, comfortable living room and a very useful washing machine. The only problem was I found the single bed mattress uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was excellent!

Lovely comfortable cottage so close to all amenities. Very practical for my friend who has to use a wheelchair only few steps to entrance and then everything was on the flat. Very rare in St Ives

It was close to the harbour, shops and train station. Bonus was having 2 bathrooms. Looks really small from outside but when you go in lots of room.

Cuddy - lovely property in excellent location- bigger than it looks. Comfortable and cosy - you can hear the sea , but you don’t have a view dispite it being so close. Would deffo stay there again, in-fact rebooked for next year.

This was our third time in The Cuddy and we loved our time there. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We love the location of the cottage, close to town and the beach with a sea view if you sit on the steps! The two bathrooms is a real bonus. A fantastic apartment for a family holiday. Two bathrooms were a big plus! Large kitchen dining space & lounge also a bonus! The location is PERFECTION. Right by the sea & in the middle of it all. We WILL be back!!

Great little cottage located near to the shops, restaurants and beaches, ideal for shopping, eating and generally meandering around this quaint beautiful village. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. The service we had from Aspects was fantastic from start to finish. Our only observation is.... be prepared for possible parking difficulties since you cant park at the cottage due to its location. That said, the cottage was lovely and ideally situated to all the amenities you need for a happy holiday, which more than makes up for the odd parking issue! Absolutely love St Ives and will be back!

Amazing location with very easy access to Harbour, town, Co-op and beaches. Cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen. Lots of books and games to keep you amused if weather is really bad. Lovely welcome of milk in the fridge plus tea, coffee and sugar, as well as some dishwasher and washing tablets. Service from Aspects was, as usual, wonderful.

We have stayed at St Ives for many years in various properties and this was one of the best ones.

Well looked after by the owners and had a spacious, updated feel about it all. Nothing felt tired in the property and it was very clean.

Really good location as well and it would be hard to find any real negatives to say here.

The Cuddy was chosen for its location, Porthminster in one direction the town centre very close and FLAT thoroughly enjoyed our stay, spacious and clean what better recommendation than, we booked again for next September when dropping the keys off.

Our stay at The Cuddy was 5star. So good we have put a reserve on it for next year.

This was our second stay at The Cuddy and it is fast becoming our favourite place......fantastic location.....plenty of room......really clean & tidy.....we loved it and will no doubt return for a third, fourth, fifth time.........

A wonderful, cosy, quirky cottage with everything you need for a great stay in St Ives and moments from the Harbour and beaches. Just a couple of minutes walk away, parking in the railway station car park is easy an convenient. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely superb from start to finish. Our second stay at the Cuddy and our favourite place. Fab location too. We also really appreciated the lovely touch re the balloons, bubbly, chocs and card from you all too as it was our honeymoon. So kind of you.

Wonderful location, 2 bathrooms which was a plus with two teenagers.

Oh "The Cuddy" what a little gem you are, a true Chocolate Box dream, deceivingly more spacious and full of modern charm on the inside than might first appear. Big rooms, tasteful very clean décor and furnishings, comfy beds and sofas and all you need in this extremely convenient location. Drift off to sleep and wake lulled by the sound of the sea, such a restful and pleasing property. We used to stop and stroke the lovely ginger cat who slept on the steps of The Cuddy for many years, we know how happy he must have been to live here, and so wish we did too. Delightful!

The Cuddy's position is fantastic. Although there was no seaview from the window, a step out of the door and there it was. The waves at Westcott Quay can be quite dramatic and we enjoyed and we're able to watch the spectacle with our cups of tea! It was also close to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend The Cuddy for families and couples alike.

You will not be disappointed booking this cottage it was wonderful , so cosy and everything you will want is there we were sorry to leave , this cottage is a little gem loved it . XXM

The perfect cottage for us, the location is just right in the middle of all the action but surprisingly not noisy at all at night time. Doesn't have sea views but you just have to come out of the front door and the sea is in front of you! Loved it and would book it again.

The Cuddy is a spacious, clean cottage with everything you could need for your stay. It is in a quiet position, but the sea is just outside with a short walk to the harbour and the town one way and Porthminster Beach the other.

Perfect location, comfy beds, quality furniture and fittings - if we didn't have a dog we'd block book it for years to come!

I recommend 'The Cuddy' cottage for a holiday in St Ives. From the photos I felt this was the place I wanted to live in for a week. Perched over the beach with stunning views on the autumn changing sea and lulled by the tides while so close to the town centre this previously fisherman's house is just ideal.

The Cuddy is a lovely cottage, very comfortable and spacious and perfectly situated. We will definitely stay here again.
