Amazing property!! Went with my boyfriend for our first holiday together and it was perfect for the two of us. Spacious, had everything you need to self cater, very nice and light conservatory, but curtains to black out the light in the morning. Quick walk to porthminster beach, we brought 2 heavy paddle boards and beach bags down and the walk was not too long. Right near the high street for shopping and the harbour for dinner, was perfect as we didn’t want to drive much once we had parked. Plenty big enough parking space for my corsa, however a relatively tight road down to the space, but I saw bigger cars parked down the road so they must fit through. Hosts kindly left a bottle of champagne which was highly appreciated. If we go back to St Ives will definitely be looking to stay here again, highly recommended!!

We arrived early and met the owners, who were nice and helpful, giving us lots of information about the area. Very nice accommodation for couples. Has everything needed, very clean. We left our car there all week, because the 1st day we arrived to early to get in the accommodation and could not find any where to park our car, except Tesco, which wasn't to far, so did our shopping first. We soon realised how good the public transport was and that we didn't need the car and the stress of trying to park. The streets are so narrow and we witnessed lots of traffic jams. Not tooo far from the beaches and harbour, pubs, cinema, theatre,a Mexican and Indian restaurant, always full, we booked both.There was a bustop close by. If we ever went back to St Ives, we would probably try to book here again.

This was our second stay at shell seekers and as before everything was impeccable. We have already booked two more stays here as it has everything you need. location, parking and comfort. Hamish is a brilliant owner and obvious that he wants his guests to have the best holiday which we did. His standards of cleanliness are 100%

Perfect getaway

I was staying on my own in Shell Seekers and it lived up to all the positive reviews I’d read. Shell Seekers is well equipped, comfortable and convenient for all of St Ives. The owners have thought of just about everything. The bed was comfortable and I slept well and if I needed the heating on the apartment warmed up quickly. I felt safe being on my own and the neighbours, many of whom actually live there, were very friendly. I hope to stay in this lovely apartment again. There is a gentle downhill walk to the harbour side so you might want to be aware of this as of course it’s uphill coming back but I’m 70 and managed ok.

Shell Seekers is a great little hideaway. Attention to detail throughout the property is second to none, some very nice touches. Having the dedicated parking space is a real bonus. Vehicle access a little tight but taken with care no great problem. Shell seekers is all I could want as a solo traveller. Thank you so much.

Lovely studio apartment well equipped with everything you need, good location & quiet will definitely stay again, the only let down was the weather but you can't book that. Thank you to the owners for the prosecco & other extras.

What a lovely compact studio, stone throws away to St Ives Theatre and just a stroll away from the harbour. It is a great location to explore everything St Ives has to offer. The studio is well equipped and although compact feels very spacious. Be careful when driving down to the studio as the road is extremely narrow. Overall a fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay in shell seekers, loved the location ,yet in the centre, space in the property and car park space.

We had a great stay at shell seekers. The flat is light and airy and in an ideal location just a 10 minute stroll to the harbour front. The flat was pristine on arrival and we were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge- we would stay again!

Shell Seekers is a lovely little place in a great location, so good to have a parking space too. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

We stayed in Shell Seekers 8th July for a week. We arrived in St Ives early (as usual, trying to avoid the traffic). We took a day pass up on Trenwith at 8am planning to go into town, have breakfast and go for an explore around St Ives. We walked up to Shell Seekers for a look and saw the previous visitors loading their car. I asked how they liked the property as we were coming in later in the day. Their reply was - perfect. And it was. It was a brilliant week. We have stayed in St Ives many times over last 20 years, have had some fabulous properties and this one is right up there. It was better than described, very spacious and absolutely spotless. Very well maintained and really comfortable. This is what makes a holiday, if you can feel relaxed and at home in the property the rest of the holiday just comes together. We often say we will return to same property, so many to choose from. I hope we can return to Shell Seekers ??

Very clean, comfortable and well stocked apartment for two with added bonus of parking space. Plenty of storage space. Walking distance to Porthminster and Porthmeor beaches, amenities, shops and harbour. And theatre and cinema a short walk round the corner if required! Very quiet with little traffic noise etc. Thank you for a lovely stay, with added bonus of coffee,tea sachets , milk ,snack bar and bottle of prosecco to welcome us!!

Staying at Shell Seekers in St Ives was a lovely Experience every thing was so thought out in a Rented Property 5 minutes to Shops and Harbour 2 Minutes to the Local COOP Lovely Shops and Restaurants 10 minutes by Car to a Large Tescos in Carbis Bay when the tide goes out from the Harbour it’s a lovely Beach one Place you must Visit is the Amazing MInack Theatre and St Michael’s Mount and Lands End there is so much history in Cornwall

First time to st Ives the whole studio flat was so perfect for a couple. A great parking space was a plus . The whole accommodation was so clean and fresh . It was exactly the same as advertised on aspects. Even better when you walk in . We had a great holiday Sarah bolton may 2022 xx

Wonderful stay at Shell Seekers, the apartment was spotless , had everything we needed. The location is brilliant and to have a parking spot straight outside is like gold dust in St Ives My only suggestion would be for a new mattress as it is very uncomfortable, but all in all a lovely place to stay and good value for money.

This was our second visit to Shell Seekers. The apartment has everything we needed and is a short walk to the centre of St Ives. It also has a car space for a small car . We look forward to returning again.

Excellent, value for money studio apartment. The accommodation is a great size for 2 people. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cater for yourself including a full oven and grill but its only a 10 minute walk from the bars and restaurants in the harbour if you want to eat out. The bathroom is lovely with a good shower. The mattress on the bed could have been better but that's the only negative. The beaches and railway station are also only a 10 minute walk away. The accommodation also has its own parking space which is a bonus in St ives where parking is at a premium. The access road to the parking is a bit narrow. Would not hesitate to return to Shell Seekers.

Recently enjoyed 10 very happy days at Shell Seekers in St Ives for the annual St Ives Music Festival and the Food and Drink Festival. The flat is a spacious studio in a convenient, quiet location but close to all amenities and entertainments. The owners are scrupulous with their cleaning. Although there isn’t a washing machine a friendly staffed inexpensive Laundrette is a couple of minutes walk from the property. I hope to be able to return in the future. Enjoyed my stay so much I didn’t want to go home!

I couldn’t fault the apartment….. apart from the sprung mattress which was extremely noisy with every movement. It’s also not too far to walk to the beach and shops.

Absolutely perfect apartment in a perfect location, very spacious with everything you need. Would highly recommend this beautiful place and will hopefully return soon in the near future.

excellent location and apartment is a lot bigger than appears on photo's. Met the owner, Hamish, on arrival day and he was very welcoming and friendly. Cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. Very close to town and with parking. Could not have asked for anything more to aid in us having a great week (except better weather). Will certainly be booking this apartment again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shell Seekers, we couldn’t think of anything that could have improved our stay, the apartment was well presented and equipped to a high standard.The apartment was situated close to the town centre with the added bonus of having its own parking which is suitable for small to medium cars.

My husband and I just spent a week in this Studio apartment and loved our stay here. The property is in a great location in the middle to easily reach all beaches and in the centre of town. We especially loved the luxury of the parking space and the outdoor area. Everything in the apartment feels fresh and new and the conservatory area is brilliant to have your meals in, we will be booking again next year!

Beautiful presented, Great position

Lovely cottage that lives up to expectations! Everything is so clean and everything that you need is provided iron, ironing board, mops etc! Even a bottle of Prosecco & a little bottle of milk! Close to everything and the parking space is ample size for a medium car! Loved our stay, will return!

Lovely and quiet, very clean and tidy. Right in the centre just what we wanted. Nice touch with the bottle of Prosecco and milk, tea and coffee.

My girlfriend and I booked a 7 night holiday at Shell Seekers and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is really spacious, well equipped and super clean. We cooked some fantastic seasonal meals there and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. The parking space was invaluable for us; although the lane is extremely narrow, the parking space itself is a good size. We were lucky to meet the owners as we checked out and they were lovely and really cared about our experience. The bottle of prosecco was a very nice touch. We have already recommended Shell Seekers to friends and family and look forward to returning.

Shell Seekers was a perfect bolt hole for a winters week in St Ives. Having the car right on your doorstep made unloading/loading the car so much easier in the rain, and meant we could easily decide to head out somewhere else for dinner/the day if we chose to. It's a very quiet location but minutes from the town centre which was great, I would happily stay here again. The apartment is light and airy despite the only windows being at the front of the property - you don't notice it and don't feel shut in! A fantastic use of a small space that felt far bigger than it is, very well laid out with good storage for clothes etc. We would certainly think of returning to Shell Seekers in the future regardless of what time of the year we visit.

Stopped for a week and the property was designed really well. The photos look like the property is tiny but this is not the case and there is plenty of room for two adults. It has been designed really well and really comfortable. Choice of design is great and decoration great, there is everything you need. The location is also really good and you are pretty much ten mins walk from all bars etc and seafront.

Absolutely amazing apartment that I would definitely recommend. Everything was there that we needed and everything in an immaculate condition too? The double glazing in the conservatory made it very quiet in there too, which was lovely. Just a few minutes walk to the see the sea too. Highly recommend it.

It was a lovely property, right in the middle of St Ives! The apartment was very clean and tidy, decorated very well and loved the theme. Loved there was a car parking space right outside the house. All pots, pans, equipment in the kitchen is brand new and the apartment came fully equipped with tin foil/sandwich boxes so we could take our lunch to the beach. Bottle of processo was a very nice touch!! Thank you so much

Excellent central location with easy access to town. Parking spot a bonus, fitted out to a good standard and everything you need in a compact studio.

The road to the parking was so thin both my wingmirrors were in the flowers on each wall, if you had a wide car like a land rover you couldn’t get in.

Apart from the driveway the house is perfect :)
