Our first stay at St Ives for New Year's Eve and our first stay at this property. A great location with the added bonus of a parking space outside. We were very comfortable and hope to return again.soon.

Jerantut was a beautiful house set in a perfect location outside of Stives. The house had everything you require to make it a good comfortable stay.

What a lovely place St Ives is to spend your holiday, we stayed at Jerantut a lovely property throughout with plenty of space for a family, the whole process from booking to arrival was very easy, we would definitely stay there again, plenty to see and do in surrounding areas too, with lots of accessible public transport links if you don't want to drive. The beaches are absolutely beautiful and the sea so blue, plenty of places to eat and drink at too, but watch out for the seagulls

Great little house, good location. Parking space is a good size, we have a VW TIGUAN ALLSPACE and had plenty of room. Plenty of space for 4 adults.

Jerantut was as described on Aspect's web site. It's a great location and only a 5-minute walk to the shops and sea. The parking is definitely a big plus and big enough for a large car. Jerantut was very comfortable, had everything we needed and in a quiet location. We would recommend it and definitely stay again.

A lovely place to stay which is close to the town and beaches. But it isn’t too noisy at night. It was ideal for our family with two teenagers.

We stayed in Jerantut June 2022 and had a fantastic time. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need whilst being in an excellent location. One of our party left an item behind and Aspects Holidays made sure we were reunited with it - great service! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Jerantut is a cosy, lovely cottage house, with an excellent location close to every hot spot in town. We've enjoyed our stay over the Christmas. Thank the host for preparing a Christmas tree for us!

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. Well-equipped, comfortable and is a great location with a parking space.

The location was ideal and close to the shops and Porthmeor Beach (10 min walk). The house was well equipped and big enough for us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, with the added bonus of Wifi! The parking space was a plus too. We also utilised the small car park across the road after checking out so that we could spend more time at the beach. We would definitely consider returning to this property again.

Location was amazing with a parking space right outside the house. The home offered everything we needed as a family of 4, two adults a 1 year old and a 5 year old, it has the space to stay comfortably as a 4 for the whole week as we did, being open plan helped us keep an eye on the kids when they were chilling and playing in the living room. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen spacious and clean, bathroom nice enough to want to use perfect for kids too, living room/dining room lovely enough to want to chill in there. we will definitely be coming back was perfect for us and the aspect service was great thank you xx

The property was in a great location in St Ives. The property is v clean and very nicely decorated with lots of nice touches throughout. The WiFi wasn’t working very well on the second day and we were very impressed that it was fixed quickly for us despite it being a weekend. Many thanks for a great stay

Jerantut is a great property and just perfect for a small group or family. The parking space is big enough for a mid size car and we had no problem getting in and out of it. Parking is really hard to find in St. Ives so this was excellent! Comfy and well stocked with essentials. Short walk into town with a slight hill on the way home. Totally recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay in Jerantut, close to the town, good parking space just outside and generally a nice house. Some cleaning needs to be done to bring it up to a better standard, and the quirky landing between the two levels with a separate bathroom and toilet, may not be to everyone's taste. We would stay again.

The house was beautiful and clean. The beds very comfortable. Ideal location as only 5/10 minute walk from the beach and relatively easy to get in and out for day trips.

Perfect position and the added bonus of parking. I have a large estate car and had no problem maneuvering on and off the designated space.

Jerantut is modern, spacious and comfortable, a perfect holiday home for us. This year was our second visit to the house and we've already booked our 2 weeks for 2020. Highly recommended.

Lovely little cottage within walking distance to everything we needed. Perfect for our little family, although to note a travel cot won’t fit in the main bedroom. Very clean with the added bonus of a parking space just outside the front door.

Jerantut is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Ideally located near to a Supermarket, St Ives Town Centre and Beaches. We loved this place and hope to return in 2019.
