Harbour Reach is a modern, two-bedroom house, located within the St James' Court development, a short stroll away from the bustling harbour front of St Ives and all it has to offer. Within minutes you can be browsing the local boutiques in Fore Street, grabbing a spot of lunch in a café, or dipping your toes in the clear, blue, sea. The ideal location means you don't have to worry about moving the car for the duration of your stay, and are free to explore St Ives and its surrounding areas, via the stunning coastal paths, on foot. However, the allocated parking also allows you to travel further afield, should you choose to, then park with ease at the property on your return. This well-equipped property provides everything you need to dine together as a family, whether that be breakfast indoors or an al fresco dinner in the courtyard, while planning your next day's adventure.

gas central heating, high chair and travel cot provided, enclosed outside area, please bring your own linen for the travel cot, one allocated parking space for a medium size car measuring 8.5ft x 15ft, please note that the property is in close proximity to the Stennack, which at peak times of the year can be quite busy, WiFi, one dog welcome, short breaks available.
Harbour Reach is a good sized 2 bed property with parking. It's only a short walk to the harbour & both beaches, so is in an ideal location. It has everything you need for the duration of your holiday & has been tastefully decorated. There's loads of nice personal touches, with a great selection of book's & games. Overall a great choice for a base in St Ives.

Very nice stay at Harbour Reach. Well presented and equipped, clean and tidy holiday home. Great to have a car parking space so close- lovely courtyard to sit out in as-well. There was noise from the road at the front of the property.

We stayed at Harbour Reach in Aug 22, family of 4 2Adults, 2 children.
Accommodation was excellent had everything we needed and exceptionally clean.
On arrival we were welcomed with a Hamper which was greatly received. The parking space was ideal but a little tricky if you have a large car.
House is on a busy road leading into St.Ives which we found a little noisy, however the house was perfect and we would stay again.

If you want a perfect holiday then Harbour Reach is just what you need lovely location with parking spot so you can leave your car and explore St Ives or drive to the many sites around Cornwall. It’s 5-10 minutes walk to the harbour and beach plus all the restaurants and bars then enjoy your house when you return putting your feet up and relax in the comfort of Harbour Reach
