Amazing location, beautiful views, furnished to really high standard and taste, comfy beds, well equipped

Perfect place to stay St Ives, 4th visit! Wouldn't stay anywhere else! Spotless, great vibe, outstanding views... Wonderfull.

House in a good position with partial views overlooking St Ives. Very good parking on site - a real bonus. Leisure centre 200 metres away. St Ives Brewery cafe about the same distance serving selection of snacks in a welcoming atmosphere. It was unfortunate to find that the general condition and cleanliness was a disappointment.

We loved Cloud Nine and would definitely return. The views from the living space are simply stunning and we could have just sat there all day watching the weather and the sea. The house is very comfortable for a family of 4 with good quality furnishings and fittings. We cooked at home a lot and found the kitchen to be really well equipped and easy to use. The bus stop just 150m away was an absolute godsend as my husband had a broken ankle. He also thought that the St Ives brewery on the same road was also a godsend!! We don’t hesitate in recommending this house.

A lovely modern and well equipped holiday home within walking distance of St Ives town! Parking provision is roomy and rare for this area. The property has all the modern equipment for a comfortable stay including the nespresso coffee machine - which was an added bonus. Great high chair and stair gate also provided to keep our little one safe.

We loved bed Cloud nine! Great location and beautiful home!

Lovely location, great views, good onsite parking, well equipped, spacious. Stayed here a few times now and will come again. Well informed by Aspects and simple arrival/keys/departure information. Thank you once again aspects holidays!

Beautiful modern clean home from home, fantastic views over St Ives, would stay again.

This was the second time we'd stayed - we liked our week last year so much we came back for two weeks this time. Great location for St Ives town (where there are loads of places to eat and shop, even in November) and short drive to south coast, too. Quick walk into town using steep steps or gentler road walk. Three beaches in walking distance. Upside-down layout works really well. Stunning views both day and night. Quiet location with parking. Well-equipped with relaxing decor.

We have had a wonderful stay at Cloud Nine, its a lovely house with a wonderful view of the harbour, spotless and well furnished and plenty of parking which is a real bonus for St Ives, many thanks Aspects and looking forward to visiting Cornwall again with yourselves next year!

Cloud Nine is an excellent property for a family holiday. Very well equipped and tastefully furnished. Views are outstanding. Parking is plentiful. It is very high up, so you need to like walking. This was our second stay here and will happily return again soon. Highly recommend

The accommodation was great. Plenty of space up and downstairs. Lots of space to park 2 plus cars. The view from the living area is fantastic. I would definitely stay again.

Cloud Nine is a fabulous place to stay. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and very well equipped with lots of extra thoughtful touches. There is ample parking which is a definite plus in St Ives. The views from upstairs are simply stunning. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Cloud Nine.

Lovely property, with great views of the harbor.
Wonderful parking and location.

Convenient modern accommodation. Wonderful views. All mod cons. Great place to stay.

A gorgeous home, beautifully presented and in a wonderful location with fantastic views. We’d love to return.

Beautiful contemporary place to stay, with amazing views. Would definitely like to return.

Thanks for letting us use your beautiful holiday home.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Great accommodation, with everything you could wish for to enjoy a comfortable stay. Plus an amazing view! St Ives has something for everyone, such clean beaches and warm blue water (in September)! St Ives is very hilly and this accommodation is positioned right at the top of the hill so a lot of steps to climb OR catch the very frequent local bus for just £1.50 - Perfect! Fantastic holiday all round - Thank you :)

Lovely airy and modern house with an unbeatable view. Well equipped, including good wifi. We hope to be back again in the future, once we can enjoy St Ives to the full!

We had a lovely holiday again at cloud nine fantastic views very comfortable

We had a wonderful family holiday Excellent location, view, accommodation Thoroughly recommend

Lovely property. Already booked again for next year.

cloud 9 is a fantastic holiday let, and St Ives remains a beautiful cornish costal jewel. Covid however, put everyone on edge and despite the weather being fantastic the lockdown of shops, restaurants and attractions ultimately detracted from our overall holiday. Heres hoping we kick this virus into touch in very quick order St Ives and it neighbours can provide the warm friendly welcome we all enjoy.

We are very sorry to hear this, especially when the majority of feedback has been very positive about the measures in place to help protect everyone in the town. We appreciate though that things will be a little different for a while, with restrictions on what times you can drive into the town, and restaurants accepting fewer bookings so that they are not too crowded, but most places are open and still delivering the great experiences that visitors will be used to. We will look forward to seeing you back here again though when this is all over and you can fully enjoy everything that St Ives has to offer. Tanya, Customer Services

Amazing location with lovely views comfortable relaxing house.

We have been coming to St Ives since our children were little and now we are coming with our grandchildren. St Ives is such a beautiful place the beaches are fantastic.

My family have had a wonderful time staying in cloud 9, to celebrate a special occasion. The team at Aspects were fantastic at helping organise flowers and wine for our arrival. Cloud 9 is a beautiful modern property with all the added extras making it feel like home. We especially loved the games and puzzles and the view of the harbour is impressive we were so sad to leave, that whilst on holiday we booked cloud 9 again for next year!!

Excellent well equipped property with views across the harbour to Godrevy Lighthouse and ample parking, ideal to watch the sunset.

Easy access to the town via steps next to Cloud Ten, quite a slope but not too bad going down, coming up is a different matter, if you are not fit and don't like climbing there is a bus from the adjacent car park that runs regularly at a cost of £1 each way, well worth it if you are loaded up.

The property is also next to the St Ives Leisure Centre which has an excellent main swimming pool plus one for the youngsters with a slide which my three year old grandson thought was brilliant.

Lovely view and house

We had a brilliant stay at Cloud Nine with our two young children and would definitely come back. Weather was fantastic and the property benefits from amazing views over St Ives and on our first night we were treated to a small pod of dolphins following a fishing boat just beyond the harbour.

This property is so lovely that we are loathe to help promote it in case someone else manages to book it before we do in future!

Lovely overall accommodation, parking, location and views. We look forward to visiting this property once or twice a year.

It was as you told us it woud be and that is good as some are not

We had a fantastic time staying at Cloud 9. The house was gorgeous and the views are breath taking. Great location only a short walk (down a lot of steps) to the town. Great places to eat and great beaches.

We would definitely recommend.

Very good property in an excellent position, well equipped and comfortable with good parking, which is rare for St Ives. Great views. We have stayed in this property 3 times now and we will be back again.

Cloud nine is the perfect holiday home, with a fabulous view of St Ives harbour. The house is furnished to a high standard and the colours and layout make for a really tranquil and relaxing stay. The hill when walking to the property is steep but the position of the house is worth it, by the end of the week I didn't notice the climb as much and felt much fitter! This house has everything you might need, from an iron and hairdryer to egg cups and a corkscrew, the owners have thought of everything. You won't be disappointed with your stay at Cloud Nine.

Cloud 9 is a beautiful house, well cared for with high standards maintained throughout. The view across the harbour is lovely and it's a very relaxing place to spend time in. I'd recommend Cloud 9 as a holiday home without hesitation.

About the best place to stay in St Ives if you want good sea views, easy car-parking and road access, plus wifi and high standard of comfort.

Beautiful property, very high quality furnishings and obviously well cared for. View of the harbour is beautiful. A lovely property to spend time in. The main town can be accessed in 5 minutes but it does involve some steep stairs so may be a bit challenging for very small children or the elderly but if you go the longer way round the route it much easier. Would highly recommend this property.

Thank you for your comments. We are glad to hear that you liked Cloud Nine and enjoyed the lovely views from there. Being in such a fantastic location, sitting above the town and making the most of those views, does involve an uphill walk back to the property after a day at one of the stunning beaches of St Ives. The walk may not be suitable for everyone, but it really is worth it! For those that are not so keen on the walk, there is a bus service that runs most of the year, from the leisure centre that is a short stroll from the property, down into the town. Tanya, Customer Services.

Great views but be aware of the steep climb back up from the town.

Cloud Nine is a perfect holiday home with stunning views, definitely worth the extra cost over other places. The living room with the sea view is truly fabulous!!
